I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. We have now used Jayk’s Plumbing twice and there are no words to express how awesome they are. Both times we have called them we have called because we were having an emergency. The first time was during “normal” business hours & the second time was on a Sunday. Both times we contacted them, they responded to us within 1/2 an hour and then came to our home within an hour. They have wonderful customer serivce and were able explain the problem to me in an easy to understand way. Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater. Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

We had a problem with our water heater in the apartment, and initially I called a different company - which was my mistake. Not only did they give me an estimate for more than $700 to just change one part, they also couldn't find this part for a few days! Thank God, I contacted Eugene at The Art of Plumbing! He was super friendly, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He found the part at the online suppliers' in seconds, called the manufacturer to make sure all the technical characteristics would match and came over to fix our mixing valve very soon. It took him less than an hour, which obviously ended up costing me a few times cheaper than the other company had quoted! Also, Eugene offered a few other options for a solution, which I found very interesting! He said we could do different things with the faucets, in order to avoid ordering and changing the mixing valve itself if we wanted to cut the costs even more - there were ways to adjust every faucet separately and regulate different temperatures in the kitchen sink, bathroom, shower, etc. He suggested that this technique was often preferred and used by commercial properties where they need to reach different water temperatures and different outlets - this means Eugene is an expert in both residential AND commercial plumbing! I work from home, and barely heard them doing their work, during the 7-8 hours they were here. They arrived on time. Laid down tarps, from the front door, to the attic crawl space, and wore booties while in the house. They cleaned up their mess, inside and out.
They did a rezoning of my entire system, and installed a 2nd thermostat in my upstairs office. I called the next day, as the system didn't seem quite right. A technician arrived within an hour of my call, made a few adjustments, and all is good. He even locked my door, as he left, as I was working upstairs.
