This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Excellent service with the installation of a replacement toilet fixture. Installed in less than 12 hours of the request. Communication was excellent between the owner and me and he was MOST responsive regarding outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend and will use this firm again when needed. Price was very reasonable as well!

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

I spoke with one of your technicians, Justin Byrd, about getting our A/C unit upgraded and he was very knowledgeable and professional. After speaking with technicians from other companies, I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service.

The guys did a great job. Unfortunately, my hot water heater is in my attic, and the old one was too big to come back down the attic ladder. Instead of leaving the old unit in my attic, the guys hauled the old heater across the open ceiling joists into the unfinished storage space before getting it out the door.

My girlfriend absolutely wrecked my garbage disposal in an unfortunate culinary misadventure. I was certain that I was going to be on the hook for a costly replacement. However, I got in touch with Peaches Plumbing and they showed up to diagnose and fix the issue within 24 hours. They were prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

And... I've saved their number for the next time my girlfriend cyclones through my kitchen.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This is the second time I have used David. The first was replacing a shut off valve for a toilet and the second was unclogging a drain in the bathroom. Each time, he has been responsive, prompt, and honest. He not only fixes the problem, but also explains steps to ensure the problem doesn’t come back again. I will continue to call him first for any issue with plumbing in our home.

received 3 estimates for replacing water heater in attic. One company was almost twice what Poole's offered and the other was almost as much without the WH. Poole's came on time, put protective film on carpet, and did a Fantastic job within a few hours. Very professional and explained installation and operation. They gave me an estimate just from the photos I sent them and a few other details and were true to their price with NO extra charges.
