Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater. Additionally, “Golden Rule Plumbing Services” charges fair and reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

I appreciated that I was able to call first thing in the morning and get a visit in the afternoon. The technician, Tim, was comprehensive and helpful. We recently moved into the house so he was gracious enough to walk me through the ins and outs of the HVAC system and provide tips along the way to extend the life of the unit over the long-term. Once he opened up the HVAC unit he quickly identified the alert that tripped the system and reset everything. Since we were on the annual maintenance plan, the cost of the visit was minimal and well worth getting AC going again quickly.

Mark Brooks showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He completed his work in the time frame he said he would. He explained what he did and went on his way. I hope to have him perform our HVAC service again.

Was not able to land a job with the company but was hired by a larger company one week later

The other day I turned on my AC for the first time this year and it seemed to be fine. After a few days passed I noticed the machine was acting up. It seemed as if it was working too hard and kept cutting on and off. I called Cape Fear and they sent Austin, Joe, & Kenny out to fix they issue. These guys were great, they diagnosed the problem and had the system fixed within a few hours.

Josh and his team at Peaches Plumbing made quick work of a rather serious leak in our bathroom. They were incredibly accommodating of my sporadic schedule and quickly discovered and repaired the problem area in our home. The worked quick and efficiently. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Nick Blanton did several leak repairs and cleaned some clogs. He replaced our hot water heater after finding a bottom leaking problem that we did not know about. He replaced our sink that disinter-grated while repairing due to old age. Replaced our toilet as we wanted the sink and toilet to match and it was old, too. He was awesome, courteous, on time, worked hard all day long and cleaned up his work areas very well. We enjoyed having Nick in our home. He made sure we were pleased with his work and told us to call if we had any problem at all. Nick was a blessing and we ask blessings rest upon him as he continues his great work in Jesus Name.

We weren’t getting optimal hot water so Juan Rosado saved the day! Not only did he find a shunt between the hot/cold sides, but he also installed needed pressure safety equipment that the original plumber missed. AND this was during a routine maintenance of our tankless water heater that was included in the price of our system install.
