Best Repair HVAC in Raleigh NC

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I would highly recommend Airmakers to anyone needing service/maintenance on their heating/cooling system(s). Their level of service and expertise is excellent; the service technician (Walt) that came out on Friday (April 12) was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. With all the services they offer there is no question as to who is the best HVAC company around.

Daniel M. was very courteous and professional. He let us know all the actions he was taking and he worked very efficiently. When he was done, he clearly explained his findings and recommendations for any additional maintenance without any pressure to do so. We have been very pleased with Service Experts and technicians like Daniel M. solidify our commitment to then for our HVAC needs.

Great experience all-around with Cape Fear! I initially reached out to them when my heat stopped working. A serviceman was able to come out within a few hours and get it working. I then contemplated replacing both hvac systems as they were old and in need of expensive repair. The project manager came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I decided to purchase new units and was able to get installation appointments for the following week. The installers were on time, friendly, very professional throughout, and completed the work as scheduled. Shout-outs to Mike P (service), Mike M (project manager), JJ and Dennis (installers), and Pam (office) for an extremely smooth experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The dispatch line from my dishwasher to my sink became disconnected at 1am on a Saturday morning, which caused a rush of water to leak through my under sink cabinets onto my floor. By 1:30am, when I heard the noise, I got up and I already had 2 inches of standing water across my entire first floor. I called Michael and Sons and they were able to schedule a technician right away. Petey came out and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He found the issue and quickly fixed it, and checked other things like my water pressure to make sure that wasn’t the cause. He explained everything and talked to me about the restoration team, who is coming to analyze the damage, and what I can expect next. This was probably the best experience I could have had for a problem that ruined my weekend and my flooring. Thank you so much to Petey and Michael and Sons!!!!

They never showed yesterday...came hours late today.....charged me a 99 dollar fee to look at lights then gave me a absurd cost to change out a few lights....over 3400.00....they are way over priced...espically when they have one mechanic one helper....even if they billed me 500.pp and hour it would have been 3 hours.....terrible and will never recomend them.....then he wanted to negotiate costs....what a waste of my time.Ive put up 4 lights since they left

Very professional and personable, quickly located leak and had all necessary parts for repair. Whole thing done within an hour. Hal Petrosa did a great job and he's a nice guy.

Propane Oven Installation

All the individuals from Bolton services I interacted with over the phone and in person provided exceptional friendly Customer Service. Larry provided a prompt and reasonable estimate of the work on Friday and was pleased to have the work schedule for the following Monday.I was very happy with the work done and completed by Chris and John. Kelly was very prompt to respond and send the information I requested the inspection report and the invoice. Overall very pleased with my experience working with Bolton.

The technician was on time, exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and did the work in good time. Above all, he was very helpful in explaining the work and potential issues we might face over the years. We were exceptionally happy.
