Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

Called for service on Sunday 2/23/2020 because our new HVAC system installed on Tuesday 2/18/2020 stopped working. The thermostat had no power and we had no heat.When we called, we were informed a service representative would be at our home that afternoon.Daniel McEleven arrived as expected and he immediately began work to determine the problem. Very soon we had a working thermostat and heat. But he didn’t stop at that point. He continued to diagnose the issue and worked to reset the electronic issue that caused the shutdown of our system and that he was certain the problem had been resolved.Major kudos and 👍 for Daniel. He was polite and communicated the issue in a manner we could understand.Great service on Sunday. Kudos to Service Experts and Daniel McEleven! Super employee.We are completely satisfied.

The technician came out wearing a face mask, gloves and booties. I have had several repairmen in my home over the last two weeks. He was the only one wearing protective gear. I greatly appreciate the respect for my health. He described all that was wrong and needed to be repaired immediately. We installed new parts and was gone as quickly as he came. I would recommend them..

Eugene was one of 3 quotes I got for a sizeable job: replacing old black ABS drain lines with new pvc fittings. His was the most reasonable of the 3 quotes. He didn't try to upsell to expand the job or sell some kind of expensive service package. He was easy to work with to set a dates. Showed up when he said he would and completed the job in one day as he said he could. I own 5 rentals and will be using him again.

We discovered a leak in our water line through a high bill and confirmation by the town of Cary that it was on our end of the line. My husband called William Parrish Plumbing based on other highly rated reviews and they were fabulous. They ensured we had the town confirm the leak as ours to not charge for an unneeded call and were able to come the same day to assess and fix the issue. Everyone we spoke to was professional and the problem was fixed in a few hours. It looked to be quality work and I am sure time will test that, but I would highly recommend this business based on our experience. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Tracy came out later in the evening to fix the toilet/drains. He was extremely thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again. He knows his stuff!
