I have used this company now at 2 homes and the service could not need have been more thoughtful and on point. I’ve have worked with 2 different plumbers that work for Midtown and they gave great insight as to why there was a problem and fixed it fast and very affordable! I’ve communicated with the owner several times and she has been beyond accommodating and nice! You cannot go wrong using them!

Update! Used again today for a disposal issue and Jason was amazing to work with. Very fair on the quote for work and also showed me and explained everything he was doing along the way. He was kind and informative and everything I expect from a tech from Midtown! Thanks again for a great job!!

Cape Fear does a terrific job each time they come out whether it's for maintenance or new installations. The technicians are top notch especially Kevin B. Kevin did the maintenance service on one of the units today and did an amazing job. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and shared a few good tips for prolonging the legevity of the units. He answered all my questions and genuinely cared about doing a great job. A+ for Cape Fear.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Andrew was on time, efficient, and did an excellent job of explaining what was going on with our system. I would recommend requesting him as your technician.

Not sure what to think. We had a home water line break from the meter out is was right at 10 1/2 feet.
Called and spoke to a rep, told me it would be 2200.00. Dumbfounded, I questioned that replacing that short a distance it seemed way to high, I was told that that's their price as they treat it as a water line replacement period( meaning that was their minium to replace the entire line). Again I said I don't want the whole line done , he replied it didn't matter that was their price.
Needless do say we went with someone else. A really nice very fair priced man.

Bob, I appreciate your response, it however does not justify replacing the entire water line when the customer only wants a section replaced. It is after all the customers line.
With the logic you state that's the same as saying if I have a flat tire you make me buy all 4 new tires when I only need one. As far as pricing variation I agree and understand it could change when u actually see the job.
Call me crazy but the business is supposed to meet the customers needs not the other way around. From our calling several business hours was the only one that stated they would only replace the entire line.
Either way we're fixed now and I do wish you all the best.

Fast response on confirming an online service request. Fair price for coming after hours for a standard service (after 730!). On top of that Robbie our tech was friendly, professional, and efficient. Will use them for any plumbing needs!

Bolton’s service and expertise were excellent, and I have finally found someone who can work on my rather complex high efficiency HVAC system. The company that originally installed it (Newcomb) had made repeated repairs to the furnace each winter over the past few years, but never fixed the problem with the 3-speed fan ramping up to 100% too long and too often. Their last two technicians admitted to me they were not trained for that type of furnace after they spent about 6 of 7 charged hours in their truck making calls to their supervisor and waiting for him to return their calls to tell them what to try next. Curtis and Jerry found the problems, and it is working better than it has in years. All of their folks have been courteous and responsive.

The Newcomb technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about my heating system. I will definitely use them in the future!

The work was done right the first time we will definitely use there services again

Bell Cow has performed my routine system cleaning on my personal HVAC system, and I use them for electrical work at my business. Have never had a problem in over two years.
