Joe and Chris quickly identified where our leak originated and efficiently solved the problem. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding! Previously, Joe addressed a problem with our tankless water heater and also fixed the issue in a timely manner. Thank you!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

The whole team at Michael and Son's has been great. From the 2 gentlemen that helped install our new ductwork and HVAC unit to the finance leaders to the admins that helped schedule our appointments. One in particular stood out, Mike Glavin. His professionalism, knowledge of water heaters, wells, plumbing and water filtration was extremely helpful in our decision making. He was on time, courteous, listened and answered my questions and fulfilled all of our concerns above satisfaction. Jon, Elijah, Blake, not sure the name of the other electrician at Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric were all amazing. They went out of their way to assist me & to ensure I was satisfied with their service. They did an outstanding job & I highly recommend this Company.

Busted water line in the ceiling

We awoke this morning to water gushing out of our water heater. The first company we called couldn’t come out until tomorrow. I called Optimal Plumbing based on their great reviews and they texted that they were on their way only 20 minutes after my call. They gave us a quote on the spot, replaced the two hot water heaters, and we have hot water again only 4 hours later. I will definitely use their services again in the future!

The plumbing work Eric Grimes performed was actually pretty good, however the customer service provided by Eric and his manager Brian Wood was not. I paid $105 to Bolton in “diagnosis” fees 2 days before this plumbing work and I would think that was the purpose of the diagnosis and the results would have determined what needed to be done and the level of effort. I asked for a quote on the cost, and he said it would come in at $750 for the plumbing work for the entire job parts and labor. My wife had no idea until Eric came and asked for her credit card and she was not provided a receipt, even though she asked for one. He said it would be emailed to us. It took multiple requests over several days before I finally got a receipt and when I saw the invoice and amount charged on our credit card I was surprised at the total invoice in the amount of $1173.34, a 56% increase ($423) above what we had been quoted, with no explanation. I called and asked Eric for an explanation but he would not provide one, said I needed to talk to Brian Wood, the service manager. I asked him multiple times, and then he referred me to Brian Wood, and it took five days before you finally got back to me with an explanation. Brian stated I looked over the invoice and spoke with Eric and there was some work that was above standard. They had to run new water lines to facilitate the install which required an additional man and material to get it done. With that being said I do feel like the charges are in line with the work performed. I felt strongly that I should have been entitled to a full refund of the $423. Brian did refund $110, but I still feel strongly that the increased level of effort and cost should have been discussed during the diagnosis phase which we paid $105 for, and discussed with me and my wife on site, and the charges explained. This is why I believe that a full refund of the remaining overcharge of $413 is still appropriate. We have been Bolton customers for over 25 years and we have never been dissatisfied as we have with this incident.

Update on this review as of 07/16/2020: I am pleased to report that I received my refund check today in the mail as authorized by Will Bolton, owner. I want to thank him for handling my customer service complaint responsibly and professionally, and I appreciate getting the refund. I am totally satisfied with the outcome, and this matter is now closed. Thanks again. Bill.

Technician Chris was finally able to solve a problem that I've been having off and on with my furnace for nearly 3 years! Just when I was about to give up and buy an entirely new HVAC system, he saved the day by knowing exactly what he was doing and said he had seen that identical issue on the same model of furnace a few weeks prior. He was honest with me and said I didn't need a new system, just a very specific circuit board (so he saved me at least $5,000). Sure enough, they were able to get the part he needed within 24 hours, and it was installed the same day it arrived, and I haven't had a single issue since. What a relief to finally have reliable heat after 5 different companies all failing. I will never use anyone else for furnace repair (should I ever need it again)! And when the time inevitably does come to get a new furnace, there is no doubt who I will be calling to install it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I had them install 4 commercial toilet repair kits they did a great job and were very quick. I believe it took him 20 minutes total. I do recommend Raleigh Plumbing a Heating.
