Great customer service and the technician was knowledgeable in all the things I asked him about. Even recommended a company to redo the sheet rock in our ceiling. Especially, since we have a home warranty.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Martin Rosen with Service Experts was sent out to diagnose my system that was showing faults. He arrived on time, polite, knowledgeable and personal. He quickly diagnosed an issue with our zone system and informed me that the part will be replaced. He looked at the whole system, spent time checking to make sure everything was working correctly and answered any questions along the way. Thank you Martin for making it an easy process.

One of the biggest things for me is punctuality and the tech was there when he said he would be. Second on my list is explanation of services and everything was explained in a clear concise manner, with several options. Thirdly is value for work, and Im sure I could have paid much more if I had went with a different company. EXCELLENT!!

Tim Roberts was my technician and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and went the extra mile while on the visit.

My home was built with an unusual configuration for the ducts that exit the dryer making them more prone to being clogged with lint. Due to this configuration it was especially difficult for the team to figure out which vent led to the dryer and then to access to the vents to clean and unclog them. However, Ty demonstrated a determination to succeed and problem solving skills that I do not often see. I truly appreciate his exceptional work. He stayed until the job was done knowing that my family and I were leaving town the next day with family coming to stay with us on our return. I cannot thank him and Blanton's enough for persisting and working above and beyond my expectations to fix my dryer and clean the ducts. Truly I highly recommend him without reservation and will use Blanton's again and ask for Ty.Cheri Hanson

My home had problems with low water pressure. Fred Puryear was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my water pressure problem promptly. He explained to me the problem and gave me a few option on what I can do going forward. I would most definitely call them back because Fred did a great job!

I had been doing business with Newcomb for 33 years. I bought all my AC / Heating units from them and had a yearly contract for inspection twice a year. Last Dec 19, 2018 ?, i found that half of my down stairs was warm and the other half was cold. I knew what had happened, one of the trunk lines had come off the distribution box. I called service explaining the problem, the service call person did not understand ???? They sent a service person the next day, upon inspection inform me that my distribution box was disintegrating and the trunk line could not be hooked back up. I would have to make an appointment with the sales dept to schedule an estimate to replace my duct work. It is Dec 19th!!!!
I was so angry that they did not even try to to band-Aid the system to get me through Christmas. If they had I probable would have bought the new duck work thinking they were taking care of a 33 year customer.
I called a friend that night that is in the Heat & AC business and explained the situation. He was there the next day, connected a new 4 ft trunk line to my distribution box and said the box was fine!!! Charged my $0, Newcomb charged me $85 for what?
Here it is 7/31/19 all is well with my system.

Needed an emergency faucet repair for our business. Sales person was efficient & knowledgeable. They brought 2 faucets same day to our business to choose from & completed the job in under an hour. Would happily use them again.
