Best Plumbing And Heating in Raleigh NC
It was refreshing to work with a service provider who respects your time and makes every effort to be on time. This is what Justin did and, in addition, he takes the time to explain the issue and solution.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We have had Service Experts do our twice annual maintenance for several years and have always been happy with their service, professionalism, and responsiveness. Last summer we found ourselves in need of replacing our heating and air conditioning systems. They kept our AC going during an especially hot week and were able to accommodate timely replacement with ease. Shout out to Kristopher who walked us through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and followed through with all details each step of the way. We're happy customers and gladly recommend.

I highly recommend James from the Raleigh branch. He correctly diagnosed an issue that was misdiagnosed by another company who was trying to sell me on a more expensive part or new unit altogether. He was very thorough in his explanation and had our AC up and running in no time.

Mr.Lamarius Green has been our technician for several years. He does a great job. In fact, Michael & Sons have been servicing our Generac since they installed it. Always prompt courteous service.

My seasonal service check on my HVAC. Today Mr Phillip Schaffer from Blantons gave my entire system inside and out a thorough check. Mr Shaffer was professional and explained absolutely everything he did and found. I was most pleased. As with all the other Blanton technicians who I have dealt with over the years, top notch! Thank you Mr Schaffer. Thank you Blantons

Harrison was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure they gave us accurate quotes. Much better experience with them than another company as Harrison went under house to see if we could even add a utility sink where other company didn't go under house and said a sink could not be added. Thank you for your help!

Doalton and Charlie from 1-800-Plumber, arrived around 8:30 am to assess our damage and get my approval to proceed. Later, the owner (?) and another associate showed up and the four of them proceeded to tear up our stained ceiling.
Holes were cut near each of the two ceiling stains. Hand probing could detect no moisture near the perimeter of each of the holes. A third hole was cut with similar results. In the meantime, water was run in all upstairs showers, toilets. tubs and sinks: still no moisture.
Meanwhile, Charlie, who was flushing the toilet in our “purple” bathroom, notice that it was loose on its base and rocked when pushed aside. That action was followed by a small flow of water near one of the holes. Further inspection exposed a faulty connection of toilet to base: it’s flange was higher than the surrounding tile. This meant that when the toilet was flushed and tilted slightly, water leaked around the outflow tubing, ran along the outside of that tubing, and dripped off it at its lowest points above the stains.
Two solutions were presented. First, replace the flange. That would entail hand shaping the replacement, and would involve tearing up some of the tiles. Second, replace the toilet with one that sat lower on its flange. The second was chosen based on its being much cheaper and much less destructive.
It is 2:30 pm, the toilet is installed, their mess is cleaned up as best as could be done, and their trash is being hauled away as I type.
Long job, difficult issue, but well done. And the overall price, though higher than we initially assumed, was fair for all the time and labor.
I would definitely recommend this company.

We had another excellent, professional experience with Newcomb and Co. today to install a valve that is required for a new dishwasher. Linwood also helped me check on an ice-maker water supply that was not working and did so without charge.
Newcomb has helped us for more than a decade while living in Raleigh and we have reached out to them for assistance in our downsized house in Durham.
Highly recommended.

Very professional and prompt, but pricey. Had a leak in the expansion tank above my hot water heater. They were able to send someone out just a couple hours later to replace it with a new tank.
The price was quite high though, those tanks should be about $50 and it took less than 30 minutes to install, but I got a bill for $200.
