Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Today is New Year’s Day! We have company in town. One of our toilets stopped flushing. I contacted Jason based on reviews; as I have a longtime plumber who is scheduled for tomorrow—I needed a plumber today! Jason came out. He was very professional and efficient from the start. Joseph and his helper was a breath of fresh air. I had a leak in my kids bathroom shower and he showed up ON TIME and fixed my bathroom and added a new shut off valve. These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was very responsive. He provided a quote based on the anticipated issue to help me understand the potential cost of the repair. Also, I asked him to flush my water heater and he educated while while he did it so that I could it myself the next. Overall he did a very good job and I would recommend.
