Best New Tankless Water Heaters in Raleigh NC

Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Was looking for a good local plumbing company and found a great one!
Lead tech that came to my house was Sean, both him and his partner were very polite, courteous, and professional. Showed them what I needed done and they got to work right away and were done within a very reasonable time frame. Very informative when I had a question and wasn't left in the dark on things they were doing or stuff they ran into in the course of the job. Would easily recommend this company to anybody and will be using them in the future should I need their services again.

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. Had service experts come install a tankless water heater for me. The tech John Cade was awesome. Very professional and nice. Got the job done quickly and explained everything he was doing. Answered every question I had no problem.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had a leaking water heater in the garage and we called around to a few places and finally found these guys! Will with Fuller Services came out to my home and diagnosed the water heater issue as a leak that was not repairable. He and his team quickly got us an estimate that was very reasonable, after agreeing to the estimate, the Fuller team began putting in a new water heater for us and in no time we had hot water again! These guys are fast, reliable, and on time! Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great plumber!

We had a leak a couple weeks ago (started raining in our foyer closet) and called Waite plumbing. Mike called back within minutes, gave us great advice for what to do immediately, and was over a few hours later to take a look. It turned out we had the dreaded polybutalene piping, so we had Waite Plumbing do the repipe and replace our leaking water heater while he was at it. He and his partner were efficient, but never seemed rushed, careful and conscientious. They even showed up during an ice storm, and cleaned up thoroughly after--the house looked better after they left than it did before! On top of that, Mike was extremely pleasant. I can't recommend enough.

UPDATE: We had them out again, and, again, they were terrific. Our dishwasher died and we ordered a new one, but no vendor was able to schedule to install it for us within three weeks. We called Waite plumbing and they scheduled us for two days later. It turns out that the washer was broken upon delivery (one of the shelf brackets inside was broken), so we had to get it replaced, and Waite plumbing came right back out and reinstalled it--and cut us a deal, even though it wasn't their fault it was broken. It was also a tricky installation because our floor isn't level under the dishwasher but the guy worked on it until it was perfectly level with no gaps. Excellent service.

Air Experts again did a great job for us. Harrison Heuts is a great representative for Air Experts - courteous, friendly, talented, and professional. He installed a mix valve on our hot water heater and a new disposal unit in our kitchen. When completed he professionally reviewed the work he had done and explained its operation. GREAT JOB Harrison and Air Experts!

David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project.
