Overall great experience with The Art of Plumbing. From diagnostic to problem solving to finishing, the job was done right and on time. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Owner moaned, groaned and cussed all while doing his job. I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up having no confidence in his work. His behavior made me wonder why he is even in plumbing. Can't recommend!

We had a serious leak under the sink in the master bedroom and it was hard to detect. Upon my request the office complied and sent me the service manager. Bob came and diagnosed the situation. After having discussions with him, and since we had previous problems with the leaks due to the old (grey color) pipes, I decide to get re-piping for the entire house done with the new PEX pipes.

On the day of the installation a crew of 5 technicians arrived early in the morning. At first, I asked them a few things but other than that they knew exactly how to proceed step by step by cutting out minimal sections of the drywall and undoing the old piping. The workflow was very smooth and the teamwork between all 5 of them progressed in a very timely fashion. Tim and Andrew were very professional and responsive to any of my questions, and the young man Justin came back a few days later to install a new toilet and did good job.

CK's Plumbing estimate for the re-piping job was very competitive. I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Install RO WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM - Brad was excellent!!

Very professional, highly skilled, polite, and courteous. Removed sketchy above ground well pump and installed a submersible pump. Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! You will not be left in the dark wondering what work was done. Jason goes above and beyond and will let you know each step he recommends and does. Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

I have used the services of William Parrish Plumbing for several years. William is a consummate professional and has the certifications to back it up. He contacted us 30 minutes before arriving as promised and hit his target time window. He quickly assessed our issues and fixed them on the spot. And his Total-C professional drain treatment formula will now be part of my regime for drain maintenance. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber! 10 Stars!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
