Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

I have used this service multiple times now and my experiences have been really excellent. They not only do great work, the take time to explain what needs to be done and the approximate cost. If you need a Plumber, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Raleigh you will not be disappointed!

The process to sign up for a maintenance plan and setting the appointment was easy and Daniel McElveen my technician was thorough and gave me lots of great recommendations to consider to keep things running smoothly.

System maintenance and filters replaced. Technician Felipe Garcia was thorough, informative, and very courteous. I would like to have him service my heating system each visit.

The team that came to my house was awesome and saved me thousands from a previous company that wanted to sell me a new system. They were thorough, explained everything in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. Great customer service !!

They called to ask if it was OK to come early, then arrived in 10 minutes, which was about 90 minutes before the appointment. That was really appreciated because we were without water. The plumber's name was Eduardo and he was the nicest guy. Worked quickly, cleaned everything up and finished in about 40 minutes. Did a great job!

Matt was really great, right on time, took the time to explain everything, very thorough from beginning to end -- really impressed!! Definitely recommend :)

Always on call,always dependable

This company was sent by my home warranty. All that said the person they sent was very nice but they had to come back 3 times because if wrong parts. On the final visit after they left I went to look at the sink and it was flooded under the sink and the wrong stopper color was installed. Does not match my faucet!

Everyone I have met or spoken to are very nice and knowledgeable of their products. Tray was very pleasant and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable. 🙂

Jason was top notch servicing the water heater and explained everything he was doing and how it worked.

I called Justin in the morning to get my new water meter connected to my irrigation system. He came over that afternoon and got it hooked up. Much appreciated.
