Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

Daniel came to my house to do my yearly service check and he was AWESOME ! He truly defines the word professional. Daniel is courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. He's also an avid dog lover which worked out great since I have a pug. You know people like to complain when things go wrong....but in this case everything went right. Great experience all-around with Cape Fear! I initially reached out to them when my heat stopped working. A serviceman was able to come out within a few hours and get it working. I then contemplated replacing both hvac systems as they were old and in need of expensive repair. The project manager came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I decided to purchase new units and was able to get installation appointments for the following week. The installers were on time, friendly, very professional throughout, and completed the work as scheduled. Shout-outs to Mike P (service), Mike M (project manager), JJ and Dennis (installers), and Pam (office) for an extremely smooth experience!
