I had a problem with my 5 year old HVAC system at my house where it wasn't cooling. Service Experts were able to get me on schedule immediately. The very next day Danny M (the technician) showed up and was quickly able to assess the issue. Danny M was extremely professional and courteous throughout, walking me through all the trouble shooting steps. Once his test were complete, he was able to give me a very reasonable quote and in a couple days my HVAC was working properly again. I have worked with many HVAC companies and Service Experts of Raleigh are honest and dependable. I highly recommend this company!!

Rogcho Jose arrived on schedule, installed a new Honeywell Advanced Electrode humidifier and condensate pump and carefully explained the services provided. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the system and reviewed a checklist of the installation, cleanup and warranty.

These folks are great. Called them when my A/C was out on 90 degree plus day and they were at my house within 2 hours and fixed me up. Didnt even have a contract with them. Reasonable prices. Good job!!!

Brandon replaced two outdoor light fixtures…one was motion sensor on upper corner of home, other was overhead light at front door. Efficient, professional and friendly! I highly recommend.

We had the upstairs air conditioner replaced in July, the fan failed on the furnace in August. Then the unit stopped working in September. So, not a great experience after lots of money spent and no reliable air con for a NC summer. But, Torrie came out today and got it all fixed. He was very through and made sure the root cause was addressed. Very glad Torrie was on the job!

Frank and Kenny did a wonderful job on our master bathroom installation. We hired them to install a new shower head in our existing shower. The job required removing some existing drywall, running new pex piping, and installing hardware through the existing shower tile. They did a great job with minimal disruption to the existing walls and shower. They also were able to do the entire project in a single day and for half the price I was quoted by other service providers. Highly recommend!

My home warranty company uses Bell Cow for HVAC work. The first tech that was sent out for my AC issue simply told me that there was nothing he could do, and I needed to replace my seven year old unit. He could not give me any information other than it just isn't efficient any more. I thought this was odd and I was very disappointed, so I called the company every day for about a week until I was able to speak to someone that actually seemed to care. Shortly after, Terrence Pennington, a branch manager, called me and said he would be at my house the next day to assess the issue. He showed up when he said he would, and fixed my AC unit with more refrigerant. He was kind, listened to my concerns and understood my disappointment. He really made up for what the first person did not do.
