Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

UPDATE: I am not happy with their work. I gave them one more chance. They are always running late. Have received no update. Good luck getting them to repair anything in a timely manner, they are always too busy. We are going elsewhere. Be very careful, the tech will always try to upcharge you saying that a fuse is worn. He is lying and they are cheap to replace but airmakers will try to charge you almost 200 bucks.

Daniel M. took care of me today and I cannot say how grateful I am to have that specific professional come and look at my system. He was very punctual, professional and detailed with his explanations. I'm not familiar at all with any of this stuff, and he was patient enough to explain it so I understood, and offered me all of the options available for my situation. I would highly recommend this company, and ESPECIALLY recommend Daniel M., for any service needs you might have.

Brandon did a very thorough review of our entire water system and explained in detail what was needed. His friendliness, timeliness, and technical expertise were outstanding.

Short Version: Ended up installing brand new system at an AWESOME price, received great service and it was done very promptly and professionally.

Longer: I've used Cape Fear before and called them to come service my downstairs A/C unit because it was cooling sporadically. Technician came out and gave the unfortunate news that my variable motor was broke and is $1500 to replace.

The system was 10 years old and had previous issues. So I went ahead and got multiple estimates for brand new system. Andy came out and gave me the best deal with multiple options/price points for a 2 stage 16 seer trane. He was awesome, not pushy at all and very friendly (I had put dogs in crate but he asked if I could let them out).

System install was done next day. I noticed that the new pad that Trane provided had a crack and felt bad asking if they could switch it out, the technicians had no issues even though it meant more work for them. Very friendly and had it up and running in less than a day.

I LOVE the new Trane thermostat that it came with. Such a better unit, connected within 10 seconds to my wifi. I have to jump through hoops to connect my honeywell 8000 to my wifi.

Can't say enough about my whole experience with Cape Fear.

Oh yeah, I asked another company about replacing the part just to see and he said that $1500 was on the low end to replace that. Great Service at a Great Price!!!

The technician, Stephen Eubanks was highly professional; knowledgeable; respectful; great customer service; displayed considerable concern/knowledge regarding electrical, technical, and other relative issues he found. With excellent clarity Stephen explained and showed me the problems found. Along with his company’s focus, Stephen’s overall performance as a technical subject matter expert increased my understanding re: technical and potential house issues which contributed to my inclusion of additional services for the HCA that I initially excluded. Stephen is an excellent technical worker!

At first I left a great review because the plumber was great. However, when I later spoke to friends they thought the bill was quite high. So I asked for a detailed invoice and was refused, told they don't provide that kind of detail. I am in disbelief. Why not provide detail if a customer asks? I will never use this company again! For that reason.

This company is absolutely amazing! I called for my AC not cooling and they were so kind in the office all the way to the service technician who showed up. They took time to evaluate my issue and explained it to me clearly so I could understand everything each step of the way. They presented me my options for repair without being pushy or with an agenda. I highly, highly recommend for all your HVAC & PLumbing needs. BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

I had them come out for electrical work. Jordan the electrician was so nice and did a good and quick job. The price seemed very fair. I will use them next time.

Bell Cow was wonderful in repairing our broken heat. They came on time and called before hand, which was nice in that it gave me time to get home from work and not take off the whole day. Everyone with whom we dealt was wonderful-great customer service! I highly recommend!
