I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

They came in and ascertained there was no leak with pipes and isolated it to 2 running toilets and fixed them.
My monthly bill has dropped from $130 to $90 to $75. Very pleased!

I had a water heater die in December. Joseph, the owner, came out personally and replaced it within 48 hours at a very reasonable price. He has integrity and efficiency and I will recommend him to everyone I know. His company name says it all, he treats others like he would expect to be treated.

These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. We had an issue with our well pump on a Sunday. We called and they showed up first thing the next morning on a holiday and promptly and professionally fixed our issue. They also found another issue that we didn't know about and fixed that while they were there. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

As a first-time homebuyer we were quite concerned with a drain backup within our first few days of moving into our home.

While we ultimately didn't end up using Poole's given scheduling constraints and the urgent nature of our issue, the other local father-son service they recommend were excellent.
