Service experts sent a salesman out with the service call where they spent hours trying to sell us a $10,000 system instead of the minor repairs we required. I was charged over $500 for them to come charge our Freon, instead they blew a valve in our system and leaked all of it back out. Following this we had to then call another company to repair correctly.

Dave did a fantastic job explaining my options to me in the quoting process. The install team (Orlando and Victor) were phenomenal. Took out my old system, installed the new system, showed me everything they did and explained what was what, then cleaned up so well you could never tell they were there.If you’re looking for a quality system installed by great people, give Weather Master a call.

Fabian did an AMAZING job! He called to say he was early. Assessed the 2 jobs we had for him. He was able to get the parts needed same day. Knew what he was doing. Gave us some preventative suggestions to avoid future repairs. I will definitely use them again!!!!!

Replaced Hot Water Tank.

Had a great experience with Bolton and Devlin. Came in the middle of the night and fixed a water leak in the yard that was costing me 100s of gallons of water. Great attitude and very helpful!

I am disappointed by the service. I have a service contract with them. They claim to have mailed me a service card in the mail (which I did not receive) and when I offered feedback, they brushed off a suggestion about a different reminder system.

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

Mr. Murphy did an outstanding job. He was able to diagnose a problem during a routine check of the units. I appreciate him fixing the issue before the summer months.

Used them to install a faucet and connect new plumbing pipes from sink to the wall. Almost $800!!!! First off even though this business is 5 miles from my house, I get charged an hour for their tech to drive to my house. Even accounting for an hour to run to Lowes for parts, a skilled plumber took 3 hours to connect a faucet and piping!!!! Total man hours charged was 5 hours. No next time here with this company and my goal was not to spend 5 hours doing it myself. Live and learn on getting firm quotes up front!
