Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

Had a problem with one of our toilets which was just installed a few days ago by Home Depot. It turned out the new toilet wasn't deep enough, and we were going to have to swap out two toilet bowls in our home which would have been a considerable amount of money. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and scheduled them to come on Monday. Joseph gave me an estimate over the phone so there would be no surprises. They were a bit early and sat in their truck. I mean whenever do service people arrive early! We let them in and Joseph inspected the toilets. After checking out the newly installed toilet, it was discovered the tank had not been properly tightened and was loose. Also the fill valve mechanism was over tightened and the piece had popped out which didn't allow the water to fill back up. Fixed that. Then the supply line was not tightened enough which would have caused a leak at some point. Home Depot also put the screws in upside down so the caps at the bottom of the bowl didn't go all the way down. By lowering the water level in the tank, it brought the water in the bowl to fill up about an inch or so less which solved our problem completely! So, they corrected all the problems and there was no need to swap the bowls! This saved us hundreds of dollars. The cost for the visit was extremely reasonable, and both Joseph and Chris were as helpful and professional as they could be. There are a great many plumbing companies to choose from, and I can honestly say we are so glad we called them! Bottom line, my family and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Update: It became necessary to switch the toilets which was the original plan. Chris came over ON TIME and changed both bowls himself. He was so polite and professional. When it came time to pay, they deducted the amount from the last visit! My family was so surprised and grateful! Prompt professional, experienced and more than fairly priced! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is exceptional and has excellent customer service! I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

Tracy was great! Fixed a bad smell in my bathroom (vents had failed) in under an hour. Good price too.

Shannon was very professional and thorough with the tune up and helped talked through options for repairs we might need in the near future.

Andrew's customer service and responsiveness are exceptional. He was able to pinpoint the problem with our HVAC unit immediately and explain the work in terms that actually made sense -- not always easy to do! We recommend him highly for professional, knowledgeable and quick service. Side note: all work was covered under warranty, which he explained in detail, and did not deter from the expedited service.

WE HAD A HOME WARRANTY INSTALL A WATER HEATER BUT IT WASN'T THE RIGHT WATER HEATER. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DEALING WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY SENDING OUT INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS, WE DECIDED TO FIND AN INDEPENDENT PLUMBER. WE HIRED THE ART OF PLUMING OF CARY, NC. THEY DIAGNOSED AND INSTALLED THE CORRECT WATER HEATER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ART OF PLUMMING FOR ALL YOUR PLUMMING NEEDS.

Josh and his crew helped us out when we discovered the gas line to our oven was improperly installed. Josh was very easy to work with, personable, up-front, fair, and responsive. That means a lot! I can tell he cares about his customers and doing a good job. Thank you, Josh! (But... if he promises you a loaf of homemade bread, don't hold your breath!)

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was hired to repair 3 toilets in our home and also replace some plastic nuts with copper ones. He is upfront with his pricing no hidden fees .Drew took all Covid precautions when coming into our home. He was very neat and clean when working My home was spotless when he left. He also gave us alot of helpful information. Do not hesitate to use him if you need a plumber. He is the only one we will EVER use again

Rhyne was actually a little early which I appreciated since we had no water. He explained as he went since the repair became more complicated but he finished it up, cleaned up and made sure we were happy with it. Our first time using Michael & Sons but they are our “go to” now.
