I always use Service Experts to maintain my AC and Heating equipment. They provide good and reliable service. Last visit was for Heating maintenance. Rockshawn Jacobs, the technician (Tech 737) arrived on time, was professional, did everything quick and with confidence. I was very satisfied with the service.

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

Their parts are too expensive. I was quoted two hundred twenty seven dollars for a capacitor....I looked it up, the part costs between 20 and 50 bucks.

I needed both plumbing and electrical work done. Two repairmen were able to come that day. They were very personable, quick and fixed everything I needed. Would call them again without hesitation.

Nick Blanton did several leak repairs and cleaned some clogs. He replaced our hot water heater after finding a bottom leaking problem that we did not know about. He replaced our sink that disinter-grated while repairing due to old age. Replaced our toilet as we wanted the sink and toilet to match and it was old, too. He was awesome, courteous, on time, worked hard all day long and cleaned up his work areas very well. We enjoyed having Nick in our home. He made sure we were pleased with his work and told us to call if we had any problem at all. Nick was a blessing and we ask blessings rest upon him as he continues his great work in Jesus Name.

Mark responded quickly and was able to work us into the schedule! He sent pictures and explained exactly what was wrong with the old unit. Upon discussing it, we decided the best option was to replace it. The team arrived that afternoon and gave me a call with updates. I couldn’t be happier with the communication, service or efficiency. Our experience with Bolton Services has been great from start (purchase of my Trane HVAC package unit 13 years ago) to recently, when we started having some issues with the unit. The unit is 13 years old and in relatively good condition. But recently, we lost heat and the problem with the unit was not readily identifiable. In the end, the technician Curtis, stuck with it and got us back up and running. The experience was very trying, as we did not have heat in a cold spell, but Valerie in the office, was fantastic in getting technicians to our home quickly. Initially, the technician Thomas, who came out first, was very knowledgeable and was able to get us up and running, but the problem was complex and needed other sets of eyes to help id the problem. Jerry, a supervisor, also came out with Curtis, on the second day, and it was really appreciated and reassuring that Bolton was going to solve this problem, which Curtis did. Curtis is a star in my book. I would recommend Bolton without any hesitation.

At first the service was great. A tech met my realtor out at the new house on time. Sadly, it has taken me 4 days to get an adequate invoice. First, a blurb was sent describing the issue. I requested an official invoice. I got the invoice, but with gibberish on it and no cost to repair. I only understood because of the blurb from my previous email. I have called 3 times and emailed 4 times. Emails have not been responded to. My realtor has called...still NOTHING!!! I am horribly frustrated b/c my due diligence period is ending! This company was more expensive than most, which makes it even worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found Edwin the plumber to be dishonest and extremely unprofessional.

Josef arrived on time, was very polite, put on a pair of booties and commenced to install the Next thermostat. He was patient, knowlegeable and explained in detail how to use the system once it was installed.

I would highly recommend Raleigh Heating & Air and Josef and will certainly call them with any HVAC issues.

Technician was professionally, on time and completed the work in a timely manner.

After several companies tried to up sell me on what I needed for my new HVAC Unit Mandolin came in and quoted me a quality unit at a great cost. I would also give the Installation crew a 10/10 as the quality of the install was excellent. If you are in need of a new unit for a price you can actually afford call Mandolin.
