I had an outside spigot replaced. David and Louis showed up earlier than time, called and ask if okay. Evaluated and priced it quickly, very good price. Very professional and a very good quality installation. I would definitely use them again. Also checked on my water pressure and answer other questions I had about some other plumbing work.

no AC for 4 days and still don't know when it will get fixed..If you expect your HVAC company to help you during an emergency, this is not the right company based on my experience.By the way, even though I have both parts and labor warranty, they have charged a diagnostic fee. Keep in mind that this is a unit that they installed and it has failed during the warranty period.Edit: After 5 days of waiting, the AC got finally fixed. The technician Drew was a great guy but the office people did not seem to care

James, was the name of the technician who did both the estimate and installation of the water heater. He took the time to look at the old water heater and was able to get it working so we would have hot water for the few days before he came back to do the water heater replacement. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I had 3 other plumbing companies look at the old water heater they had 3 different diagnoses none were sure what the problem was. James took one look at it and knew that the manufacturer was no longer making water heaters. He even knew where I had bought it. In short he provided exceptional customer service.
