I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

These guys are the worst in terms of providing a fair value for service rendered. We called them out recently as one of our HVAC units wasn't working. They performed the diagnostic. $89. replaced the capacitor, which took 10 minutes and is a $10 part and charged $260 for it, so $350 total for 10 minutes of work and a $10 part. They didn't quote us before they did the work and after the work was performed they wouldn't reduce the charge meaningfully so that the charge was commensurate with the value. Their comment was, we know we didn't quote you before we did the work, but the charges are in line with our competitors so we're going to charge you whatever we want. Steer clear of these guys.

Martin was on time and did a great job.

Tom O replaced a water heater for us located in our attic. He cleverly hoisted the old one down on a custom-made pulley and lifted the new one up the same way. Way to go Tom. Weather Master is our go-to service provider for HVAC and plumbing.

Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

I started having an issue with my heat yesterday (a Sunday morning-of course!). Called early this morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. My technician Kevin was great! He was on time and took care of the problem. He patiently listened to my descriptions and then addressed all of my questions/concerns. Kevin even showed me the defective part and gave my coils a quick clean. Great tech and overall a great business! Highly recommend both Kevin and Cape Fear!

Had an electrician from M&S come out to help me modernize some of the electrical work in my house as I get ready to sell. Got the estimate on Thursday, got most of the work done Friday, with a little extra stuff we didn't quite get to on Saturday. Devon was a very honest and capable electrician. If this is the kind of service I can expect from M&S going forward I'd definitely keep calling them back in the future.

Val was respectful and courteous to my husband and me. He worked quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond in removing a dead squirrel from our dryer vent. That alone was worth the cost of the visit and labor, etc.Thank you for the fast service! Should the need arise again, we won’t hesitate to call on your company .

We had a number of unexpected problems during our install and yet Travis, RJ, and Mark stayed focus, organized and mitigated each issue one at a time. A very friendly, positive, and professional team and an absolute pleasure to work with. Could not complete this review without the mention of Shawn, master plumber and sales rep. extraordinaire. Super knowledgeable and provided all the options we needed to make the right decision and even expedited our install after seeing our water heater leaking. Just an overall great team that provided the confidence and assurance we were in good hands. Having installed 2 HVACs these last 3 years and now a water heater, we trust Air Experts and will not go anywhere else!

I don’t often post reviews but the level of service and commitment Newcomb and Company demonstrated in repairing our a/c system and standing behind their work is to be commended in these times where service and integrity seems to be in such short supply. I cannot give a higher recommendation for an HVAC contractor than this. They earn their business and they have a customer forever in me.

We renovated our kitchen. The new garbage disposal and sink required new plumbing, which was not anticipated I called Edwin, he arrived within 2 hours. Edwin and Bruno were professional, tidy, and friendly. Highly recommend them.
