I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Exorbitant material charges for weekend dispatch!!!

I recently contacted Airmakers on a Saturday morning. I was told that they would charge a $148 dispatch fee which was substaintially higher than their normal rate since it was a weekend. Knowing this upfront I was ok with that and they came out that day to repair my unit. The tech was nice and began performing the work. He stated that I was low on R-22 refrigerant and then told me how much the refrigerant cost. I questioned the high price and I was told that since it was a Saturday they charge more for parts! What since does that make? I was already paying a higher dispatch fee, but to charge more money for parts? This is the exact same refrigerant they sell Monday-Friday. I was charged $400 for the 2.5 pounds of R-22 ($550 Total). I contacted another company to see what they charge and it was a total of $340 (including weekend dispatch).

I contacted the service manager about this and he politely suggested I use the other company next time. I will be sure to do that but I wanted to let others know of the hidden charges before they make the same mistake I did.

Ricky has been coming and doing maintenance on our furnace and A/C for years. Ricky always does a great job on our furnace and A/C and communicating information for that maintenance. He has always done an excellent job.

I call Michael & Son for my shower repair. They charge 60$ for visit where as most of the others charge $0 for visit and for providing estimates/quotes. I pay them, and the guy shows up, inspects and says he cannot fix it the shower/bathtub. No quote for complete replacement and then when I call the company asking for the quote, they say they dont provide the replacement services at that particular office location. I was wondering what kind of service is this!!! 60$ for saying we cannot do it???I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY

From start to finish and now with our first annual maintenance, Air Experts has been excellent. Professional, friendly and very good at what they do. Good use of software to keep you informed of appointment, etc. Recommended!

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. I will continue to use this company as my go to. Thanks so much

I am providing this rating as the result of my initial call. Their service generally are highly rated. However, I contacted the company to bid a job to replumb the entire house with Five full baths, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms and 8 exterior faucets. They insisted on needing to charge a $49 fee to come provide a bid on a project and I find this unacceptable. If you are getting the chance to bid a $15,000+ job, you should not be charging a fee. I could understand if this was a repair job or something small, but it is not. I have taken 7 bids and not one other company tried to charge me a fee to bid the job.

When you have water pouring into your basement that won't stop when you cut off the main water valve, you need professionals and you need them fast! Billy Soames and Eric Grimes crawled underneath my very wet house, determined the source of the leak (which is not so easily done in a plumbed and re-plumbed 1890 home) and dug and dug in the pouring rain. I almost cried with relief when they were able to completely repair the broken pipe without having to dig a huge trench from the house to the main water line. Kudos to the office staff, Valerie and Amy, who managed to get them out for this emergency and are always understanding and ready to help. A great company and wonderful people.

Outstanding customer service from the office staff. Always put forth an effort to satisfy the customer. The techs are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. They are passionate about their work and very knowledgeable about any unit they service. I have been with the company for over 10 years and do not plan to leave any time soon. They are stuck with me! I am here to stay! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and reputable HVAC company.
