Prompt service same evening we discovered the leak in the not water heater. Joe came and assessed the situation, determined that we needed a new heater and it was done and installed the next day by 6pm. Great work. Thank you.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve during super cold weather. While other companies weren't even taking after-hours calls, Airmakers called me back within a few minutes and walked me through several things to check on my own and ultimately helped me to get my system up-and-running without charging me a dime. This company is awesome. The people that work here are kind and eager to help you. Pam Johnson was a big help in particularly to me. She helped me in my decision on not putting anymore work to the 30year old unit that was a money pit and finding something affordable. This company gives you many options to choose from. You cannot go wrong with this company. Everyone is friendly to talk to which makes a stressful situation easier to deal with.

My home was built with an unusual configuration for the ducts that exit the dryer making them more prone to being clogged with lint. Due to this configuration it was especially difficult for the team to figure out which vent led to the dryer and then to access to the vents to clean and unclog them. However, Ty demonstrated a determination to succeed and problem solving skills that I do not often see. I truly appreciate his exceptional work. He stayed until the job was done knowing that my family and I were leaving town the next day with family coming to stay with us on our return. I cannot thank him and Blanton's enough for persisting and working above and beyond my expectations to fix my dryer and clean the ducts.
