Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Absolute worst experience that $15,000 will buy you. Purchased 2 systems from Weather Master in 2011; upstairs in the Spring and then downstairs in the Fall. Not one year has gone by since that I have not experienced multiple problems with my heating and cooling systems that despite being under warranty results in a continual flow of money out of my pocket to them. Upon replacing 20 year old systems my expectation was to have peace of mind but from day one it has been completely the opposite. To make matters worse, after multiple request to speak with senior management to address my concerns I was never contacted. Do not under any circumstance use Weather Master. They do not stand behind their product and do not accept responsibility for anything.

Cape fear Raleigh Ian always on time and very reasonable! They are dedicated and always responsed to our service and emergency needs! Literally I called and they were right there in the dead of summer!

The services provided by Air Experts is top notch. Over the past several years, they have replaced both my upstairs and downstairs heat pumps. The service after install has always been great. They are prompt to respond to calls, and very detailed when explaining the work performed.

I've actually used this company three times. Mark had been out everytime. They have been on time, done clean work and explained what and why they are doing it. Billing and dispatch is easy to deal with as well.

As part of our maintenance contract with Bolton Services Curtis Snipes came out for our air conditioner inspection. He called before his arrival, was on time and introduced himself with a smile-that by the way he had on all day. After maintenance he noticed that instead of cooling the unit was putting out heat. The problem turned out to be the control box, that had to be replaced and some faulty wiring to the control box that had to be replaced. All told Curtis was here for about 7 hours. I think Bolton Services should be properly proud of having an employee like Curtis that stays with the job until it is done right, keeps the customer informed and cheerfully represents the company.

I have always experienced nothing but exceptional customer service from all members of the Newcomb team, for both emergency matters and scheduled maintenance. The team members are courteous and professional. The technicians are experts in their field and very thorough. They provide updates on their visits every step of the way, from assessment, to purchasing of parts, through to testing and completion. I highly recommend the Newcomb team!
