Best Heater Maintenance in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

I HIGHLY recommend Gold Rule Plumbing Services! I called them on Wednesday afternoon after my original plumber cancelled because of rain (HA!). They were very responsive. I sent them pictures of my leaky kitchen faucet and the one I wanted to install and they were here first thing on Thursday morning with all the parts to get the job done! They are smart, professional, and reasonably priced! We cannot thank Joseph and his team enough!

Juan was the young man that showed up to do the service call I explain to him the issue and within 15 minutes pay had identified the problem fortunately he also has the repair part on the truck a small capacitor and the system is back up and running!!

What a great experience! Juan was very informative and gave me great info on how to maintain my water heater. It was leaking terribly and he identified the problem and replaced the expansion tank. I appreciated that he didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and quickly solved my problem.
