Our plumber Chris was great! We were doing some home renovations and he even helped us out with that (removing toilet and sink) and gave us some general pointers. Very happy with the service.

We needed a plumber and they returned our phone call quickly, set an appointment and they arrived on time . The serviceman was extremely professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of service. They will be our go to plumber in the future.

Daniel M was the service technician. He arrived for my maintenance check within the appointed window after a notification that he was on the way. Daniel was thorough in inspecting my units and took pictures of his findings. He was patient in explaining options for resolution. Daniel was understanding and did not pressure. He left his business card telling me to call when I make a decision or if I have more questions.

Good Morning I wanted Melinda's boss to know how much she helped me. Melinda needs a big raise. I didn't understand much because I have been so sick. Melinda went over everything for me. I really appreciate her so much. Thank you Melinda for everything and spending the time with me explaining just so much to me. Also the man who came out here to me to check it out and to get it all started. I need surgery on both my eyes and they both helped me so much. I feel bad I forgot his name he deserves a raise too. They both were so very professional and I really appreciate what he did for me. He explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable by picking ya'll because he knows his job so very well and had so patience with me. They both deserve a fabulous raise. What a great experience! Juan was very informative and gave me great info on how to maintain my water heater. It was leaking terribly and he identified the problem and replaced the expansion tank. I appreciated that he didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and quickly solved my problem.

So thankful that they were able to come out on a Sunday for emergency work on the plumbing. From the person who answered the phone to the technician, they were all very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

They installed an electrical outlet in my floor. Ruined the brand new floors. Awful experience. Worst construction experience I've ever experienced in my life. They discounted it but I still paid WAY more than I should have for such a small job. Will never use them again.

**Updated - I paid over $1k for 2 electrical outlets. And they made multiple mistakes. Not just one. And that price was discounted only after I pushed for a discount. But I still paid $1k. Yes, I declined to talk to them because I have no desire to deal with them ever again. The only thing they could do at this point is to waive almost the entire fee because it was that awful of an experience but I'm sick of talking to them.

The company did and excellent job keeping us informed on ordering of the parts. The technician Jamye took his time and was very thorough in repairing and replacing the parts. He deserves KUDOS and a reward.

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

They showed up quite a bit later than they said they would, but once there, they were great. Extremely professional but nice and fast and they did a great job. Price was reasonable too, considering this was an emergency service. I’m happy and would call them again.
