On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I rent my house. I needed a sink unclogged and the guts to a toilet replaced. They quoted $900.00.
$900.00 ?? I don’t my need gold fixtures installed. I realize times are tight but, that’s asinine. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Remove your commercial that shows a child shoving toys down the toilet and I'll remove this review. You should be ashamed putting something like that on a commercial. Kids are impressionable and immediately said, I want to try that. So no we are explaining why it's bad to put toys down a toilet.This is just as bad, if not worse, than commercials with doorbells that cause dogs to bark.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The team was very professional, responsive, and able to get our new system installed in record time. Given the shape the supply chain is in right now along with it being the middle of summer, we were pleasantly surprised it could be completed so quickly. We did end up having a shortage of materials the first day of install which bled in to two days of work due to this -- better planning during the project assessment phase could have improved that part -- but overall we were very happy and we have a cool house again.

The technicians who came were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and solved the problem, all while being in the pouring rain. Very happy with the service!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received! Andrew came out to unclog our drain, on Father’s Day no less! He was so polite and kind. He was very careful to maintain the highest safety and health protocols. He even wrapped the wheels of the motorized snake he used, to protect our floors when he rolled it in. He was meticulous about his work and explained everything in detail. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled! I would most highly recommend CK’s Plumbing and Andrew, in particular!

I had them come into my home to do water restorations due flooding upstairs. They ended up removing things like walls, that did not need to be removed. They also took up carpet, but did not remove it; removed doors that I can no longer find where the screws are; and removed part of the flooring that is downstairs. Part of my downstairs has flooring, the other half, I am walking on concrete. I feel as if they intentionally did extra stuff to get paid more. I would not recommend this company. I will post pictures later of how they ruined my home.

Great service. Technicians was on time and got the service/maintenance done quickly.

I am disappointed by the service. I have a service contract with them. They claim to have mailed me a service card in the mail (which I did not receive) and when I offered feedback, they brushed off a suggestion about a different reminder system.

This team of plumbers have done a couple of jobs for us and are the most professional people I've ever met. They do great quality work at a reasonable price. Great people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that has work they need done!!
