We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

Michael and Joseph just finished replacing 4 outdoor hose bibs that we had in our crawl space. I couldn't be more pleased. The replacements seem much stronger then the originals and they all work like they are supposed to. I snapped a couple of pics of what I needed to have replaced and they gave me a quote 5 minutes later. I texted him on a Tuesday at 4:15 pm to let him know I was ready to do the work and they came Thursday at 2 to do the work. They even fixed a piece of PVC piping on my AC Condensate line the had come apart at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and on time.

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

I had some questions about dehumidifying my home and spoke with Kevin from Cape Fear. He was very thorough in explaining my options, the issues I was facing, and the issues underlying THOSE issues. I was really impressed, especially since Cape Fear isn't a Carrier dealer (I have a Carrier AC unit that was the root cause of the issue) and Kevin took his time making sure I understood even knowing it might not make the company money. Using his advice, I was able to identify and fix the problem. Great company! I'll be looking into a Trane when my current unit goes :-)

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I was impressed from my initial phone call to this company!!! We made an appointment for clogged pipes and the receptionist was very helpful and provided me with a price list and what to expect once the technician arrived. They were able to send someone out a day earlier than my appointment and that was awesome. Keith Jones the technician arrived on time and was the true professional in everything that he did. He ensured that we were well informed on what he would be doing, on pricing and while working he kept up updated by showing us what he found and explained what he would do to fix the problem. I am so happy with the service and work that Fuller Services provided for me. I lined up a different plumber and he completely blew me off. I was in a bind and Fuller Services came out the next day. The owner stayed late the first night to make sure I had a working sink in my kitchen. Then came back the next day, put my whole kitchen back together, and made sure I understood how everything worked. Their communication was great, the work was perfect, and I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!
