Best HVAC Maintenance in Raleigh NC

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Very good job with installation of new Carrier hvac systems

On Monday 7/18/2022 Daniel McElveen performed a repair to our heat pump blower motor; and, he was very professional, efficient, and got us back up and running. Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

Cape Fear Air Raileigh. I really like working with them. Them are quick and responsible. They pick phone calls quickly and took my matter as important. The project manager gets back to me quickly and set up my appointment promptly. It was just before Thanksgiving everybody was busy but he treated me really well. Then I got my new furnace installed the next Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The technicians are nice, too. So perfect score, 100 percent satisfaction. strongly recommend.

Electrician came on time and fixed the Electric outlet outside. He changed it and fixed my doorbell. He is professional and did his job perfectly.

Eli was great! He presented me with plenty of options and let me know what will need replacing in the future and also explained how things worked. He was professional but also very funny which made getting items replaced a little less sad lol We will ask for him in the future.

Travis came out to pressure test our tankless water heater to prepare for the inspection. He was on time and kept me informed.

Replaced Hot Water Tank.

Our experience with Bolton Services has been great from start (purchase of my Trane HVAC package unit 13 years ago) to recently, when we started having some issues with the unit. The unit is 13 years old and in relatively good condition. But recently, we lost heat and the problem with the unit was not readily identifiable. In the end, the technician Curtis, stuck with it and got us back up and running. The experience was very trying, as we did not have heat in a cold spell, but Valerie in the office, was fantastic in getting technicians to our home quickly. Initially, the technician Thomas, who came out first, was very knowledgeable and was able to get us up and running, but the problem was complex and needed other sets of eyes to help id the problem. Jerry, a supervisor, also came out with Curtis, on the second day, and it was really appreciated and reassuring that Bolton was going to solve this problem, which Curtis did. Curtis is a star in my book. I would recommend Bolton without any hesitation.

Newcomb did a drain repair on one of my bathroom sinks for the previous homeowner in order for us to close on the house. Eight months later, the drain is damaged in the exact same place. They will no honor this warranty. Less than a year for a repair means this company has to do shoddy work. They said it would be $139/hr for them to even come and determine if it was under warranty. I will never use this plumber and I caution anyone reading this to follow the same.
