I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

10 star Rating. Jayk's should be your first call. Awesome customer service, fast repair times and best of all the job gets done right the first time. This has been the BEST experience I have had in dealing with plumbing companies. I manage a rental property and needed a repair for the tenant. It was beyond my knowledge. I called Jayk's on a Friday afternoon. After calling multiple companies and getting the we can come out on Saturday for double the price or we can't make it until next week answers. I left a voicemail and within less than 5 minutes Jason called me back asking about the issue. I explained the situation and text him a few photos. He arrived quickly after and had the problem fixed with as minimal damage to ceiling and drywall as possible. Not only that but his price was cheaper than the others who quoted me for a job they couldn't even do until after the weekend. Jason was very polite and did not belittle me for not being able to get the job done. Jason at Jayk's will be my first call from now on. Truly one of a kind service.

Excellent plumbing service at a reasonable price at my rental house in Garner. Have had 2 service calls taken care of -a major leak in main water line repaired and later had toilet valve water wasting leaks repaired quickly. Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

I already rented my heat pump from them. So when my other one froze up, I called them. They actually recommended replacing my hot water heater too. They gave me a great deal. I am so glad they came to do the water heater first. When the repair man came today, he removed the old one and the heating element was floating around inside. He said it would not have been long before it died. Next week, I will have another new heat pump through them. Service Experts is the best! 24/7 service! Their people are friendly, knowledgeable!
