I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

We’ve used several different plumbers in the area over the past 8 years, and I wish I had called Jayk’s the first time. We had a massive sewer line that needed replacing for almost a year as it was hanging over our heads as we were originally quoted about $6000 over 3 days of work. Finally, we decided to try one last plumber and Jayks was the winner.

The plumber, José, and his partner were professional and friendly and showed up right when they said they would. They dug a large 6’ hole by hand, removed and repaired the damaged sewer line (tree roots), and filled it in all in one day. They also did it at a fraction of the cost we were originally quoted. I can’t recommend Jayk’s enough - they communicate via text mostly which is great, but are always friendly on the phone as well.

In particular, I want to give a shout out to José. This young man is awesome. He has fixed a few things for us in the past month and gets the job done every time. He even has gone above and beyond to paint and seal in bathroom areas where there was damage. He deserves a raise!

Prompt service same evening we discovered the leak in the not water heater. Joe came and assessed the situation, determined that we needed a new heater and it was done and installed the next day by 6pm. Great work. Thank you.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! He and Matthew stayed until the job was finished and it got dark! His honesty and integrity truly stand out. Thanks to Joseph, we don't have to take cold showers any more!! Brrrr! We have used TCR several times at our office and our home. We have always been very happy with their timely service and fair pricing.

Furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve during super cold weather. While other companies weren't even taking after-hours calls, Airmakers called me back within a few minutes and walked me through several things to check on my own and ultimately helped me to get my system up-and-running without charging me a dime. It's hard to find great people like this. A big thank you to Todd and Airmakers!

Zachary Massey did a wonderful job today. He made sure to fix all the maintenance issues to ensure we keep cool this summer. Zachary made sure to show me everything he had done and explain all the work. Excellent service!

Update Jan 20:After a follow up email someone from the company called back to discuss the issue. The importance to customers feedback is good and thanks for listening to my concern and doing what's possible. Appreciate it.We have used WeatherMaster a couple of times. Recently, the furnace was not producing heat so called these guys after a bad exp with another company. These folks charge $99 for coming out and some companies charge only $59. The tech was skilled to isolate the problem and replaced the gas value. The replacement part cost is $130 retail price and I ended up paying almost $1000 for the part and installation. They sell the 1 year maintenance by reducing the other cost like on the part or coming out fee.. either way, you are paying ludicrous amount of money for the repairs with this company. I understand it's a big company and they have expenses to factor in, however, ripping customers off like this doesn't take you a long way.Initially we had them for a Heating unit tune up, which is useless from my point of view from these guys.. took the panel out and checked the unit was working and charged us $59 per unit (we have 2). So overall try other companies for your HVAC needs.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! These guys are true masters of their craft and the quality of their work is remarkable; Everyone that comes into our home is blown away. Their honestly, respectfulness and workmanship have won a customer for life. Thanks again to everyone at DB who helped make our house into a home and we are looking forward to our next project!!

Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. They were able to work around my availability, fixed my problem quickly, and didn't leave a mess. They did the job for a very reasonable price. After the plumber left Eugene even texted me to thank me for my business. Will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Be careful. Schwartz Plumbing came out to look at a hot water heater that wasn't working and hit the reset button and charged me $150.00. The hot water heater continues to turn off, and apparently it was my fault because the technician didn't understand that the problem wasn't the reset button? So incorrect diagnosis but blame placed on customer.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!

Kevin B was wonderful. He was on time , courteous and was wearing a mask through out. He checked the furnace thoroughly and found gas pressure difference in both the furnace which he fixed. I will recommend Kevin and Cape Fear for all HVAC Maintenance needs

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.
