I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

We had a couple leaking toilets in our house, one worse than the other but our water bill began increasing substantially. I called Jason Friday afternoon and he had Luis out to our house first thing Monday morning. Luis was quick to identify what needing fixing and where the problems were coming from. Clearly very knowledgeable and well trained. Within a few hours he had completed everything and left the lids of toilets open so I could see what he did in there, and do a couple test flushes. Both are running smooth and QUIET!! Time will tell if this will help the bill go back down to normal figures (we're thinking it will as most bill increases are due to leaky toilets). Overall a great experience with these guys, highly, highly recommend!

Fast service and super informative

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

TCR plumbing is the best! Fair price and great friendly service. I would recommend their work to anyone. I had a plumbing emergency last week during the Holidays. Terry and crew came out and had me up and running that day. Just in time for family coming into town. Terry and team have been very friendly and accommodating. Reggie came on schedule, found excess rust build up in drain line, cleaned it out and added a valve to keep water from flooding the drain pan and causing damage by spill over into attic. Very efficient, polite and helpful about the overall condition of our AC unit.

Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

Schwartz Plumbing did a really good job for me, replacing two failing tank water heaters with a Navien tankless. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

There was a loud thumping noise in pipes. It was determined quickly that the PSI coming into the house was 175, way to high. Pressure valve was replaced and problem resolved. Knowledgeable service technician did a great job.
