Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Raleigh NC

Wes and his team installed a new hot water heater for me. The work was well done, performed promptly and at a reasonable price. I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

When I discovered my outdoor water faucet would not shut off, I called Jayk's because of the good reviews posted on google for their speed of service. I was able to speak to someone on my first call and they were able to send someone that same day. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and they were able to repair it in less than 20 min. Great service and very reasonably priced. I would definitely refer Jayk's.

They quickly identified this issue and removed the obstruction and repaired the line. This job could have been quickly positioned as out of scope for their plumbing service. Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

We hired Midtown Plumbing to replace our leaking hot water tank with a tankless water heater and everything from start to finish was awesome. Stephanie was responsive from the office and scheduled us right away for a quote. Jason came out and it was one of the most through quotes I've gotten. It was also one of the most reasonable. He walked me though everything that would need to be done and took care of any questions that I had. He was prompt and functional. On install day, both Jason and Matt were communicative through the day of install. Both of them were great. Finally Jason showed up early the next day to setup for the inspector and came back when the inspector was done (with no issues!). Highly recommended Midtown Plumbing and will be using them again when we are looking for other work!

Mike Pallares from Cape Fear HVAC in Raleigh, NC came to my house for basic maintenance services in December, 2021, and again for follow-up work in January, 2022. In addition to basic maintenance work for heating, he connected the common line on both of my systems, needed to properly provide power to my digital thermostats, and installed an improved emergency shutoff switch for the cooling subsystem to mitigate against flooding in the case that the overflow drain becomes clogged. In the past, with a prior system I did have a problem with an incorrectly installed shutoff system when there was a problem, and the drain pan did overflow, causing damage to the ceiling in my kitchen. I was using a different HVAC service at that time, and have since switched to Cape Fear. The new switch that Mike installed is an important upgrade.

Mike was courteous and friendly during both visits to my house, and demonstrated that he is quite knowledgeable about these systems, how they are meant to be installed and maintained, and how they work. Mike was detail oriented, and answered my questions with good information. Mike and Cape Fear HVAC have earned my trust, and I'm happy to continue engaging their services to keep my house cool and warm when needed!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. We were having overpressure issues with our hot water tech, and the tech ID the issue, sourced damaged equipment and replaced them in the same day. The tech was professional and sent me pictures of the equipment before and after he placed the parts.
