I HIGHLY recommend Gold Rule Plumbing Services! I called them on Wednesday afternoon after my original plumber cancelled because of rain (HA!). They were very responsive. I sent them pictures of my leaky kitchen faucet and the one I wanted to install and they were here first thing on Thursday morning with all the parts to get the job done! They are smart, professional, and reasonably priced! We cannot thank Joseph and his team enough!

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We always do our maintenance with AirMakers. Trustworthy, competent, professional. Nic was out technician today and he lived up to that. Called before arriving. Very professional and courteous. No worries about heat for the winter!

Do NOT call these people unless you have a money tree growing in your back yard! I had 2 toilets running/leaking inside the tank. The plumber asked my fiance if we wanted the toilets rebuilt because they would last longer (my home was built in 2003). Side note, the plumber arrived 15-20 minutes early and I wasn't home yet. My fiance said okay to the work being done because honestly he was trying to get out the door to work. Normally I wouldn't complain about a repair man arriving early but in this case it was an inconvenience. Anyway, my understanding of rebuilding a toilet is putting new guts in which you can buy a kit for at Lowes for $20 yet my bill ended up being $475! I asked for an itemized statement for what I was being charged but was told that all toilets are different (um okay) and that the bill was just for the job. I was told the job has to cover the company's insurance, gas, and the plumber leaving my house to go get the parts. Shouldn't toilet guts be something standard a plumber keeps on their truck? After the plumber left I was so upset that I called 2 other companies in Raleigh to ask what they would charge for the same job. Their charges were $150-$225 LESS than Midtown. I hate to think what Midtown would charge for a big job! Good luck if you use them!

Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Art of Plumbing.

They were one of the few plumbers to respond on a Saturday morning and they were quick to arrive. They were more expensive than expected but they got the job done in a timely manner.

Josh and his team went above and beyond to respond quickly to a pressing plumbing issue we had, worked with us to accommodate us being out of town, and most importantly did high-quality work at a fair price. They get my highest recommendation.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Top notch plumber!!! Cannot say enough good about Drew! He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet for us quickly, cleanly, and professionally. His prices were beyond fair and he was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time! He did great work. Went above and beyond by checking our house water pressure as well!
