Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Chris was extremely helpful and professional with his services. He clearly answered all questions that I had and also advised me on things to look for once his work was completed if a revisit would potentially be needed. He was respectful of our space as my wife and I work from home and are on calls constantly. The time that it took to complete his services were within the time frame he initially advised. Chris also came in a tad less than the initial telephonic quote after assessing the work and my property which made for a great experience and I will trust him and this company solely going forward with my plumbing needs! Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater. Additionally, “Golden Rule Plumbing Services” charges fair and reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

Eugene and Denis are great! I'd highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond, available to work with multiple schedules and arrived 100% prepared and on time. Denis did an excellent job completely replacing our toilet with a new unit that had a different shape and was a smaller size. He was also very kind and patient. I had to take the 1st toilet I bought back to Lowes & exchange due to a crack & Denis was kind enough to wait for me. You can't find many people out there that would do that! He was very neat & cleaned up EVERYTHING. That's nearly an anomaly these days! I think he left my bathroom cleaner! Ha! He also packaged everything up in the box, took my old toilet away for me & was very respectful and professional! I'd recommend Denis & the art of plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing needs in wake county! Thanks Eugene & Denis! Great experience working with Peaches Plumbing. The owner Josh was on time, very personable and provided excellent customer service while effectively repairing a leak to my faucet. He also recommended several replacement options to my faucet in order to fit my budget. Will definitely call Peaches again for future plumbing needs.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.
