I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Jose came out for a leaking kitchen faucet. He arrived exactly on time and quickly found out there was just a loose piece and nothing needed to be replaced. He was kind enough to not charge for the service and relieved a lot of stress from expecting an expensive repair. Called Golden Rule Plumbing Services to come out and put in a new kitchen faucet and to look at a tank filling problem I had with one of my toilets. Joseph the owner came personally and was prompt and answered all of my questions with straightforward honesty. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to some of the big box companies. The job was done and all water was flowing in no time at all. Also everything was left neat and clean just as it was when he showed up. We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

We called Midtown Plumbing when we were having issues with our tub. They responded promptly and were able to fix the problem quickly. We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our plumbing issues. We highly recommend them as their staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Chandler and Ray did a great job with the biannual inspection. Gave us some great recommendations on how we can further increase comfort and efficiency to our house. Hope to see them on the next scheduled maintenance.

I noticed a severe leak in the water lines for my washing machine. I called Peaches Plumbing and they had a technician at my house immediately! The technician was clean, on-time, very proficient They repaired the leak and had me up and running so quickly. I would highly recommend Peaches Plumbing!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
