I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend RTP plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

It was refreshing to work with a service provider who respects your time and makes every effort to be on time. This is what Justin did and, in addition, he takes the time to explain the issue and solution.

We did not have a good experience with the services provided in Durham.

We had an unexpected request over a holiday weekend and Michael personally called us back during the holiday and sent someone out to help. Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. Very pleased with the professional service that I received from Chris. My shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I finally got it to turn off myself. I researched on line to fix the problem myself. I couldn't pull off the temperature cover. I was afraid that it would break so I called for help. Chris repaired my shower faucet in a better condition than when it was new.
