We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

When my water heater died on the weekend, I searched for local plumbers and was happy to find Golden Rule Plumbing. Joseph took time out of his Sunday to give me an estimate and schedule me for first thing Monday morning. Very professional and what I believe to be above and beyond service. I highly recommend!

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

hvac tech was proactive and flushed my evaporation line which was much needed! supply's we're running at 53F and cooling maintenance detailed report showed all amperages and freon levels were on target.

Will definitely use this company again! Eugene actually gave an estimate over the phone (most places wanted to set up an appointment and send someone out just to give an estimate. Very inconvenient for people who work full time). He was on time, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Gave me some tips and walked me through the parts/use of my new water heater. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This was my first time using Michael and Son. My previous HVAC company was not professional in doing business, so I decided to try this company. The Michael and Son technician was professional and knowledgeable about the service he preformed. He offered me a contract which included what the previous company offered and a whole lot more for less money. They offer electrical and plumbing inspections included in the price of the contract. I'm satisfied with the service I received.
