We have now used Jayk’s Plumbing twice and there are no words to express how awesome they are. Both times we have called them we have called because we were having an emergency. The first time was during “normal” business hours & the second time was on a Sunday. Both times we contacted them, they responded to us within 1/2 an hour and then came to our home within an hour. They have wonderful customer serivce and were able explain the problem to me in an easy to understand way. The labor fees for the work we needed done were extremely reasonable and they will always be the plumbers we call from now on. Thank you for great service!!

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. Thermostat replacement from working unit to working unit was 200 a unit plus the 99 service fee. That is ridiculous. Only paid it because otherwise I loose my warranty.

Josh and his crew helped us out when we discovered the gas line to our oven was improperly installed. Josh was very easy to work with, personable, up-front, fair, and responsive. That means a lot! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable.
