This has been the BEST experience I have had in dealing with plumbing companies. I manage a rental property and needed a repair for the tenant. It was beyond my knowledge. I called Jayk's on a Friday afternoon. After calling multiple companies and getting the we can come out on Saturday for double the price or we can't make it until next week answers. I left a voicemail and within less than 5 minutes Jason called me back asking about the issue. I explained the situation and text him a few photos. He arrived quickly after and had the problem fixed with as minimal damage to ceiling and drywall as possible. Not only that but his price was cheaper than the others who quoted me for a job they couldn't even do until after the weekend. Jason was very polite and did not belittle me for not being able to get the job done. Jason at Jayk's will be my first call from now on. Truly one of a kind service.

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! Reggie was very through with his evaluation of my Heating and Air condition. He was very polite and explained all of the products that he recommended and why. He did make a repair on my condenser drain and also installed a UV Light on the air conditioner coil. I was extremely happy with his knowledge and workmanship.

Eugene runs a great operation. They went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems whether large or small.

Our company had a great initial experience with Cape Fear Air Conditioning & Heating. Justin came out to gather info to provide an estimate on replacing a couple HVAC units on our roof. He showed up when he said he would and was professional and courteous while onsite. Justin was quick to send us the quote and worked hard to get us additional quotes when we were considering replacing several units.

Justin always made himself available to answer questions whether by phone or email. We made sure to do our due diligence and received bids from many vendors and found that Cape Fear's pricing was one of the most competitive. In the end we opted to use another company, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cape Fear to anyone based on our experience. We will definitely consider them in the future for our needs.

These guys are straight up solid professionals, which is all a customer can really ask for. they are courteous too. I feel they give a fair estimate on their services, plumbing repairs are expensive, but rest assured they'll do their very best to give you your money's worth

I dont usually write reviews but I was very happy with the quick response from this team and the quality of their work! I had a leak in my outside spigot and they came and evaluated the problem quickly, gave us a reasonable quote and corrected the problem! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was very responsive. He provided a quote based on the anticipated issue to help me understand the potential cost of the repair. Also, I asked him to flush my water heater and he educated while while he did it so that I could it myself the next. Overall he did a very good job and I would recommend.
