We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

We called Jayk's first thing in the morning when water heater started leaking and they arrived within half an hour. Able and Jose were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind - they had our water heater replaced, as well as fixed our supply line and rusted out water valve all within a couple of hours, and way below budget from what we were quoted by other companies. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. They are taking serious COVID precautions and made us feel safe throughout their service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future!

I called on a Friday morning about a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and within half an hour two very nice plumbers were at my door. Unfortunately, there were no parts available to repair, so I ended up having both of my toilets replaced. The work was completed within a couple hours of their arrival, and so far everything is working great. Pricing was much more reasonable than a local competitor, and I was even given a small discount for having both replaced at the same time. As an added bonus, they were dog friendly! :)

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

Rob came out today within 90 minutes of the initial phone call to replace an outdoor Spigot. My water had to be turned off last night so it was urgent to get the spigot replaced in order to get my house up and running. He came with a replacement in his truck and made the repair within an hour. He was was very professional, wore a mask, explained my options and quickly and efficiently performed the work.

Based on my google search of expected pricing Midtown was wealth within the tolerance for expected pricing which is also a positive that the cost was reasonable to the market. I will definitely keep Midtown Plumbing's phone number stored and will call them again for future work.

We have had a contract with Service Experts for the last 2 years and they are very proactive in reaching out to schedule maintenance services. I called in today because our AC stopped working momentarily but then resumed working; Jordynn took my call and was very pleasant to talk to and was able to schedule a visit just to make sure that everything is working correctly. Jordynn was polite, attentive, and personable; everything you want when you have to schedule a service with either your heating or air.

Andy and Tucker in training came same day that I called. I had a toilet/waste line issue that was addressed quickly. They made sure both toilets in house are functioning properly and that the flow through the waste line was as it should be. Andy was wonderful! Professional and patient, personable and persistent to resolve the issue. Kudos to Andy and Tucker.I want to also commend the lady who took my call. I had a great experience with the Art of Plumbing. They were able to schedule the appointment within 24 hours of me reaching out. Daniel was my tech and he called when he was on his way and I couldn't have asked for more professionalism. He was knowledgeable and practical. He also didn't treat me differently as a woman or try to rip me off. Highly recommend these guys.

Scott was very professional and came to the call early. He answered all my questions and explained the work to be done. He unclogged the sewer drain and ran a camera so I could see the pipe in order to make further decisions on next steps.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.

I was happy that they could come out and fix my air conditioning unit with one day's notice. The technician explained the issue and what he did to fix it. It was a little expensive, but now I have a surge protector and checkups for the next year.

Ken has come out twice and is a real pleasure to work with. He has taken the time to explain the process to me and has a great attitude while doing so. I would highly recommend PlumbV to anyone.
