I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Poole's plumbing was the company who originally installed a water heater in the house when it was built. When it came time to replace the water heater I called a few companies and found Poole's Plumbing had the best price and quickest service. They showed up on-time with a very professional crew. Explained the process to remove and replace the water heater. They clean up and left no mess and explained to me how the water heater worked at the end. If I have any other plumbing requirements in the future they will be my first call. I would highly recommend this company.

I saw a couple of reviews on nextdoor and needed an outside faucet replaced so I called Glen at Westover Plumbing. They had someone nearby and came over same day! Fixed my problem for me no problems and diagnosed and fixed another small thing for me for free. Great customer service and neat and clean, nice work! I will use them again !

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Carter was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had to replace my garbage disposal, but I know that it was done professionally and properly. I'm extremely confident that this company and my technician were the best in the area.
