He came the next morning after I called him and repaired a leaking pipe under the house, replaced two faucets, repaired a faucet and replaced parts on three toilets. I always use Schwartz Plumbing. They arrive when they say they're going to. They do the work. They usually have whatever parts are needed in the van. The people who answer the phone are helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem with them. They aren't cheap but I think their service is worth what they charge.
