Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

I've used Jayk's twice - once to install a toilet, and once to help with a smelly sink faucet - I received fantastic service both times, and would highly recommend Jayk for your plumbing needs. I am always concerned when I contact a service company I’ve never used before because I never know who I am inviting into my home and how safe they will be. I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

Matt was professional and gave options on how to repair our water leak. We took the less costly option in hopes of rectifying the issue. While repairing the leak, Matt assessed a slow drip in our shower and made recommendations. A neighbor referred Midtown and I would highly recommend as well.

We had called them out on a diagnosis call since the previous owner of the house had been using them. They had a steep fee of diagnosis $100+taxes. But we decided to go with them anyways since our cooling was off.I had already seen that the evap coil was iced up and that I was low on freon. So, there had to be a chance of a leak somewhere. What I failed to do was to ask them what their diagnosis covered. And, obviously it didn't cover the leak test.So, for $100 and a change, the Tech checked the dampers for the airflow and tested for freon which I had already done. As soon as he did that (barely 20mins), I was quoted $220 for a leak test and if I did that then they would waive the $100 diagnosis fee. Well, I decided not to proceed further since it looked like they were just interested in charging more and more even before finding the actual problem.

Daniel Brothers were great to work with. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The work they did on the screened in porch was wonderful! They completed the work with much care and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again for future household projects. I highly recommend this company!

Not a good experience. I called in for heater replacement. She claimed they couldn't send someone out until friday.. when i said I can wait till friday, she changed story and said they are busy and will charge over $100 to come in and give a price quote.
