We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Joseph was very responsive to our need for services when we discovered an outside water leak he came on the day and time he promised worked very effectively and efficiently and charged the going rate for his services and even followed up by sending a thank you note a personalized handwritten note from him and his wife Thanking us for using his Services I would highly recommend Joseph and will definitely call upon him again in the future if the need arises

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.
Job not completed.

PLMR was very informative and generous with his time, helping me investigate and problem solve. He quickly fixed our leak and went above and beyond with other issues.

Very pleased with Plumbv and with Justin who came to our store to deal with a couple of issues. One he dealt with by just tightening a nut. Something another plumber might have dealt with by replacing the value and at significant expense. Justin also spent time helping us figure out where the cutoff valve for the store might be (not required for this job), beyond the call of duty. Will definitely use again.

Wayne was very professional and went over the pricing before he started the works and too his time so I would have a understanding what the problem was when he finished. I appreciate his help and good customer service.

My plumber was super nice and very quick with his services, but did arrive after the appointment window we had set. Also, the fix needed was fairly simple, but he did so before I told him it was okay; I was only prepared to pay for the inspection services, but ended up with a bill double that for something, after learning what it was, I could have done myself. The plumber was very friendly and efficient, but my landlord didn't cover the fee of the service because he didn't approve of the service (which was performed without my approval). For someone in a different context, I'm sure this would have been 5 star service, so I still rank 4. But I do warn to only call if you need the job done right away!

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).

I interacted with individual briefly and was sworn at and threatened. I would really think twice before trusting this man in my home if I was you
