I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

We appreciate how professional they were. Like, they called back instead of texting. Unlike another place we tried. Also their pricing is a little less than some others. They were great listeners too. Our main line was clogged under the house. So they had to auger through our laundry clean-out pipe. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing to anyone else in need. ☺️❤️

Had a shower drain that would regularly back up. I could plunge it and get a little bit of temporary relief, but it would clog again in a few weeks. We called TCR and they came out the next day and it works great. Mike was prompt and professional, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

It was easy to make an appointment, very quick response time. Tracy was on time & was able to replace our toilet tank very quickly and it works great!

We purchased a new stove and needed a gas line installed. When we contacted The Art of Plumbing, they were able to estimate the cost by communicating via texts. Other companies did not want to provide a quote without visiting our home. The quote from The Art of Plumbing was the most appealing. They gave me a quote that was over $1000 less! Denis showed up on time, worked hard, had a great attitude, was polite, and courteous! I would recommend these guys to anyone! It's stressful to find a trustworthy company to perform significant repairs in the home, but these guys made it so much easier. Thank you!

Tracy came out later in the evening to fix the toilet/drains. He was extremely thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again. He knows his stuff!

Such a friendly, HONEST person. A big corporate plumping company came out and told us we needed an $800 repair STAT. Mike came out and could have easily said yea you need that repair but I can do it for $650 (or something) and pocketed the cash. But instead he said, “no. You do not need that repair.” And he didn’t even charge us for the visit. We immediately made him our regular plumber and had him detect leaks, fix our toilet in one bathroom, and install a new toilet in another. No issues afterwards. They don’t make ‘em like him anymore. A lot of home repair companies will try to lie to trusting customers Bc they think they can get away with it. It’s so hard to find honest, genuine help. Mikes your guy for sure!

We hired Poole's Plumbing for their Hydro-Jetting service to clear some landscape drain lines that run from our gutters. The service cost is pretty steep ($375 for the first hour), but it's using specialized equipment so I was fine with it. The initial contact with the business is very professional with Carrie in the office. The first crew came out to work on our issue and were on time and professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we still had an issue that we found existed after they left. However, this is where Poole's shined. When I called back to say that I needed them back out, Carrie informed me that typically would cost another service call, at a somewhat discounted rate, since it's a non-warrantied item. I wasn't thrilled with that, but I needed it done and they're one of the few companies I can find to do it. She scheduled Tim, the service manager, to come out with another crew. They came back out today, again on time, and worked diligently for the entire time to fully resolve our issue. At the end, Tim indicated we wouldn't be charged for this 2nd visit. This is good business and will get me to call Poole's again the next time I need work done. They recognized an issue wasn't resolved properly the first visit and didn't make me foot the bill. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.

They added plumbing fixtures so we could move our laundry from the basement to the upstairs bathroom. It was tricky but they had the experience to get it done correctly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Wonderful folks and great service.

Quick response, very friendly people and quick but reliable fix!

I noticed a small water leak stain and looked up the top-rated places in the area. Roto-Rooter came up, so I called first thing this morning and they were out to my house in about an hour! Aaron took a look at the stain, looked at the master bathroom shower just above it, asked me how old the house was, and said he was 99% certain the problem was the putty seal in my shower drain disintegrating. Popped it open, had a look, and sure enough! He was right. He had me fixed up less than two hours after I called - now that's what I call fast, friendly, and efficient service! I couldn't be happier and if I have any more plumbing issues, I'll be calling Roto-Rooter :-)

Very fast and curious service

I have used Carolina Plumbing for major and minor plumbing service and repairs. I was very pleased with their professionalism, skill and workmanship. They were timely and reliable, and their cost was very pleasingly within budget for the work that was performed. Most recently I had an emergency repair, and they were my first call. They showed up asap, and the repair got me back up and running, and they did not soak me on the bill. We have been Newcomb inspection and maintenance clients since 2011. This year we decided - with their help - to upgrade our home heating and cooling. It’s been about a month and a half since the Newcomb team finished installing our new systems. I’d like to compliment the team at Newcomb. They did a great job. Everyone we have ever dealt with at Newcomb has been professional, polite and knowledgeable. All is well here and it’s great being comfortable whether it’s hot or cold outside. The new systems perform far better than our old ones.

Joe has been my plumber for many years. Initially he was contracted via Mogastone when when we upgraded our kitchen counter tops. He has replaced our water heaters twice and recently took time out of his day to help me troubleshoot over the phone an issue with our pipes under our kitchen sink. He even helped us diagnose and fix a small leak in our walls that was causing mushrooms to grown in our dining room! Last but not least, he is just one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I strongly recommend his plumbing services.
