I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. Horrible customer service. They fixed one problem but created another problem. Would not return my calls. Don't waste your money.

We called Jayk's first thing in the morning when water heater started leaking and they arrived within half an hour. Able and Jose were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind - they had our water heater replaced, as well as fixed our supply line and rusted out water valve all within a couple of hours, and way below budget from what we were quoted by other companies. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. They are taking serious COVID precautions and made us feel safe throughout their service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future!

Called on a Saturday night at 10pm and there was a technician at my door within an hour. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Raleigh!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Golden Rule Plumbing did an excellent job serving us today. They were fast and had good, quality work. The men were very kind as well. I am always concerned when I contact a service company I’ve never used before because I never know who I am inviting into my home and how safe they will be. I felt completely safe with the men that served us. I would definitely call them again if we are in need of more plumbing service.

Overall great experience with The Art of Plumbing. From diagnostic to problem solving to finishing, the job was done right and on time. Eugene took the time to explain the issues and what options were available. In the end, our problems were solved and we now have a plumber in the area we can trust for quality and service.

We have been through several HVAC companies in the past few years trying to solve issues with two relatively new HVAC systems. Cape Fear is by far the best we have found. Stephen tracks down causes like a hound dog and Kelly is so pleasant to work with for scheduling. So glad we found Cape Fear!

Also, they take photos to document issues during their quotes, so your exact problem is clearly explained to the repairman.
