Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

Appreciate the service but price gouging is an issue. Charging $400 for a sub $50 part (capacitor) is highway robbery.Called for a routine service on the two AC systems. One capacitor was out and before the rep could complete the service a capacitor was required. $400 really!!

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

Schwartz Plumbing did a phenomenal job on a repair to the main water supply of our house, which was leaking underneath a 30 foot concrete area of our driveway. 2 other plumbers said the job was too big for them and suggested completely re-routing the water or tearing up the concrete. Schwartz Plumbing had the proper equipment to replace the waterline without digging a trench and were able to bore under the concrete with the new line. They did so with virtually no damage to our landscaping and irrigation, when I expected extensive damage. They even repaired a loose hose bib while they were at it at no additional charge, and the water pressure is the best its ever been since we've lived there. I would highly recommend Schwartz plumbing. Great job!

Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction.

By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink. I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.

I had Poole's Plumbing come out to replace our 28 year old electric water heater with a new Bradford White. They had to move the location and they did it with ease. They even ran a nice drain line along my garage wall at the perfect angle. I got a few quotes before using them, but went with them because I had used them at my old house and they carried Bradford White! Either way, very pleased with their service and their price.
