I had some questions about dehumidifying my home and spoke with Kevin from Cape Fear. He was very thorough in explaining my options, the issues I was facing, and the issues underlying THOSE issues. I was really impressed, especially since Cape Fear isn't a Carrier dealer (I have a Carrier AC unit that was the root cause of the issue) and Kevin took his time making sure I understood even knowing it might not make the company money. Using his advice, I was able to identify and fix the problem. Great company! I'll be looking into a Trane when my current unit goes :-)

I called in the morning and they were able to come same day. The technician who came, Ryan was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me explore solutions to my problem and was very patient and came back to make sure my issue was resolved today. Ryan did an excellent job and gave great customer service.

Blanton’s came out to replace a part on my compressor last year. They recently came back to perform a complementary re-check of the entire system. Terry and Curtis were beyond professional- they took the time to get to know my needs and how we felt our system was performing before doing a thorough check of the entire system. They walked me through my options and wrote me up a few different quotes for things that might need to be addressed. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them- Terry and Curtis especially were great to work with and I would welcome them any time.

Reese did excellent service on both our boiler and A/C this week. He was very thorough and found issues that needed to be addressed on both, that our previous service company had missed...he spent extra time with me, showing me how to properly drain the boiler, and understanding why it needed to be done in order to best maintain the unit. I would highly recommend Reese if you ever need service on your boiler or A/C unit..he is very knowledgable and professional! Bolton and Reese is who we will be using from now on! Many thanks!

Not only the response from the owner below, but they proactively called me first thing this morning to straighten it out. They are making some changes to the business that caused some confusion about their service area. Looking forward to another excellent service call from them.

After calling 5 other companies with not a lot of professionalism, I called The Raleigh Handyman in the morning, and that evening the job was complete! Extremely conscientious, fair pricing, and a nice person. I had a very large heavy mirror to hang along with a smaller one. He knew exactly how to center and hang them both securely. Job well done, I would recommend him to anyone.

These guys are the best they came all the way to henderson to fix my water heater they are very respectful trustworthy and quality from now on i will always use these guys in the future

Wayne and Uros arrived within 2 hours of our call to clean our septic system (it was not an emergency call).They were very professional, explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Unlike other companies we have used, they took the time to explain things, (such as cleaning the filter yearly), that we could do to minimize any future problems. They also provided a booklet explaining things from A to Z. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

NC Water Heaters installed a tankless water heater for us and removed our old water heater from our attic. The whole process from sales to install was wonderful. I would highly recommend them if you are considering switching to tankless.

If I could give more stars I would, my ac stopped working and a tech came out diagnosed the problem and had the problem taken care of within hours. The staff is super professional super efficient super informative because I ask a lot of questions. Amazing work I now have them on speed dial!!
