Brandon has made 4-5 visits to our house for plumbing needs. He is always on time, thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly every time. He’s the best plumbing expert I’ve ever had to work with. No question!

This company is top notch. We had them install a tankless water heater, had an issue almost a year later. They came out, fixed the issue and didn’t charge us for the call. Employees are friendly, hard working and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend this small business.

Nick took his time to explain what was the issue that was going on in the bathroom and then gave us options to choose on how to fix it. Once that was complete, he did a walk-through in the house and around the house to see what other repairs that could be done and if we were able to make those repairs at that time. He gave us three packages that we could choose from, and we took option two to make the initial chief complaint that I had and also fix a secondary issue that was not in the original plan. Something that the Lowe’s water heater installers should have done when putting the water heater in. Once everything was complete, he walked through and explained the finished products and warranties that came with the service. Every step of the way, he asked if I was happy with his service. And I’m honestly glad that he was the technician for the job.

They installed an electrical outlet in my floor. Ruined the brand new floors. Awful experience. Worst construction experience I've ever experienced in my life. They discounted it but I still paid WAY more than I should have for such a small job. Will never use them again.

**Updated - I paid over $1k for 2 electrical outlets. And they made multiple mistakes. Not just one. And that price was discounted only after I pushed for a discount. But I still paid $1k. Yes, I declined to talk to them because I have no desire to deal with them ever again. The only thing they could do at this point is to waive almost the entire fee because it was that awful of an experience but I'm sick of talking to them.

Have been using Newcomb for years...they are honest and very reliable. Once again, my 12 yr. old system went down yesterday and today they were here within 5 hours of the service call. The tech. found the fault and had me up and running within 15 mins.....with no conversation about needing to replace my old unit......I call that...REAL SERVICE...replace an aged-failed part. When the system does die, I will be happy to buy my new system from them...NEWCOMB & Company...A very reliable name in Raleigh.

My water heater got busted in May2020. After talking to few vendors decided to go with NCWH. The initial price assessment was just spot on, depending on where my heater was located (attic). The technicians arrived at the given time with all tools and new heater. Zach was definitely knowledgeable and was in and out in about an hr. Service was fantastic, they always were mindful of the surroundings. I would highly recommend them.

Update1: Dec2020: The water heater stopped working. After talking to the lady at reception she scheduled The earliest available appointment for me. Zach the same technician showed up for the appointment. After initial assessment he found that the gas valve controller was faulty. He and his manager went above and beyond to retrieve the part since it was a holiday and I was expecting guests for the holidays. Their service was impeccable and I really appreciate the service provided to me. I would highly recommend NCWH.
