I will never call this company for help again. My wife and I had no ac for over a week and they actually cancelled an appointment because they did not want to send out a technician just to do a leak test. Instead all they wanted to do is sell me a whole new unit without even finding out what was wrong with the one I had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company all together. They will rip you off!!!

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

Kevin B was wonderful. He was on time , courteous and was wearing a mask through out. He checked the furnace thoroughly and found gas pressure difference in both the furnace which he fixed. I will recommend Kevin and Cape Fear for all HVAC Maintenance needs

Cow Bell was the 3d plumber dispatched for my plugged toilet- James Pollock did an OUTSTANDING job not only fixing the plug but also he fixed a leak under the house he noticed when he had to go into the crawlspace. I highly recommend Bell Cow and James!!!

Alan and his excellent assistant James really went above-and-beyond with the work they did for us last week. They replaced a light fixture and an outdated smoke alarm, installed new door locks, repaired a toilet, replaced the damaged weather stripping under our back door, and (thankfully!!) found and fixed a leakage problem with our garbage disposal. Alan is clearly knowledgeable about home repairs, and he made time to explain what he was doing and why, which I appreciated. He is thorough, trust-worthy and pays attention to detail. Quality work is a priority for Alan, and I highly recommend him for any handyman work you need around your home.

When my hot water tank sprung a leak, I called four plumbers. First couldn't do it until next week, second and third were slow(er) to respond. George replied right away and said that he could have a crew over right after lunch.

The crew was fast, professional and very thorough -- I had working hot water within 2-1/2 hours (basement, easy access, your mileage may vary depending on what else is involved)

While it pays to compare prices, the customer service and satisfaction from Project Services was top notch and I will be putting them at the top of my call list next time!
