Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Raleigh NC

I had Nick C. come fix my AC today, he was very knowledgeable in his craft and efficient with his time. Managed to catch a couple things that needed adjusting on his own while he was here taking a look at our AC unit outside. Very easy going and would highly recommend to anyone else.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Alex was awesome. Knowledgeable, quick to assess and repair the issue, able to talk about it in terms I understood (AC units aren’t my jam), answered all my questions, and was a genuinely nice guy. No complaint about wearing a face mask. Scheduling with them was a breeze and they were able to accommodate my work schedule.

I've been using Air Experts for about 6 years, since my furnace died in a January cold spell in 2016. They were such life savers then, replacing my unit within only a few days. I have the maintenance plan with them, which is a great service, and they keep my system humming. I highly recommend!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I called on a late afternoon and they were able to send someone out the very next morning. The tech, Ryan, was beyond polite, respectful and just overall a happy person to be around. What we though was a simple leak turned out to be a much larger issue. Ryan was able to find the problem quickly and came up with a plan on how to fix it. He was very informative, explaining everything and even showing us the problem he found. He was also able to bring in Josh from CareMaster on the same day to help with our other issues. Truly just an awesome experience with this company! I'd recommend them to any one in need of plumbing work. Thank you!!
