Really bad experience!Service tech arrived. Looked at pressure switch. Told me I had obtained a bad new part. It was recommended by Square D. Told me I needed to have purchsed a new nipple. Because of the position of the bad part I needed to hacksaw the pipe to get it off. He had no parts on his truck. If I needed this done, it would be $300 and be 2-3 more days.I called because I didnt have the tools to do this job. Rented what I needed, and did it myself. I had the correct switch, didnt have to cut pipe, ect. He charged me $106.00 after being told the trip charge would be $79.95. He was here a total of 10 minutes telling me everything that I had was wrong and what I had to do.Very diappointed.Mike

My experience with James was great. He was very knowledgeable about his job. I ask him for his opinion on what to do and he advise me that it would not be a good idea to keep putting money into an air condition that is 21 years old. He is a really great employee and person.

I recently needed an emergency repair for a leaky faucet and put out an online broadcast request for service. 1-800 Plumber + Air was the first to respond, via text and email, with a personalized outreach message and number to call for service. Their communications were better than any other responder. They sent DALTON & DAVID right away. The two men were polite and very competent, doing the repair in hardly any time at all. I was impressed.

Also, for a long time I had needed to replace my 20+-year-old water heater and had been delaying doing it. I did not know any plumber I felt I could trust. The 1-800 truck had a $100 off note on it, so I inquired when David and Dalton did the faucet repair about their also helping with that. We made a plan. They helped me figure what to buy at Home Depot for delivery, and they came by today for the install.

Again, these two men were highly skilled, respectful, and helped me understand all aspects of their work, company policies, etc.

If you need any plumbing done--emergency repairs or a big job that is planned, hire this team! They could not have given better service, and now I will be loyal to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My experience with Bolton was EXCEPTIONAL.

We had another company come first (which we had seen advertising recently on TV) to help with our rather simple electrical repair request. The other company was a total rip-off with the diagnostic and repair quote (giving a crazy high quote for repair before they even knew what was wrong!). So then we called Bolton as they have been a well known Raleigh company for years. Tim the Bolton electrician was thorough, polite and professional. We felt taken care of by Bolton (unlike taken advantage of by the other company) and will always call on them first for assistance in the future.

100% recommend Newcomb & Co for any HVAC etc needs - had first interaction today tied to new annual maintenance contract (ps all homeowners should get this!) - employees Keith M. and Brad C. were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Amazing experience with this company. Our air went out on a 95 degree Sunday, and we called first thing Monday morning. They were out here by 11:30 and fixed everything by 2pm. Kevin helped us fix issues previous technicians caused, and suggested different items for us to install since we're expecting a baby; his knowledge and professionalism were A+ and we greatly appreciated this company for helping us! These guys are great! My heater went out and I had another company come out to give me a quote, and I had Sonnys come out to make sure it was what I was quoted for from the other company and they were able to save me about $300! I am so glad I found them! Definatly using them again!
They also worked with me to find a good time to come out. They were able to work me in at the very end of the day. (At 2:30)
