Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

One star is not deserved, do not go with this company for any of your installs. As they lack all the essentials required to be labeled true professionals. If you value your home think twice their a great chance it will be damaged do to installer not knowing what their doing and/or not doing it well at all. I say this from personal experience. This company does not value its customers enough to provide satisfactory service, instead they rely on clauses and indemnifying statements written in the agreements written on the back of their forms. This company issues equipment that is not of excellent quality . As in my experience the units install crapped out several days after install. So as a warning do not waste your money at AirMakers Raleigh, or the Chapel Hill location. Carrier AC in my opinion is a good brand and should not have vendors/installers such as Airmakers soil that image. This company will cost you more money in repair work to you home then they are worth. To make sure other do not fall victim to this company I will post this message of every review board for this company I can find and renew that post every 7 -14 days. Professional own and fix and replace their mistakes sorry to say Airmakers Does not be warned and be wise.

I had my downstairs HVAC system replaced on Dec 18th 2021.Mr Tim was very friendly and helpful in choosing a system and explaining everything before the start of work and called back to check if everything went well.I had forgotten about Duke energy credit, He reminded me of Duke energy credit and also applied it on my behalf.
Technicians who did the work were very professional and very easy to work with. They explained every step before they started working. The technician had to take three trips to tune up my other system, replace fire alarms. I am very happy with the service provided.

Juan came out after regular hours to fix an emergency plumbing issue. He arrived quickly, was very friendly and did a great job with the repair!

I called Blanton’s after noticing a series if issues relating to a short and various lights on switch legs having problems.Blanton’s dispatched Ed who was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job evaluating a solution. For anyone who has ever had issues with short circuits, you will understand that finding the issue is NOT easily done but he was fantastic.The communication for the appointment was direct without being constant and they did a great job making sure expectations were aligned in terms of cost and timing BEFORE the appointment began.10 out of 10 for Ed and Blanton’s.

I had a hot water heater emergency and a new hot water heater installation in the same 24 hours. Fortunate to have that handled so professionally and so quickly. I have worked with Bolton for 20 continuous years now, plumbing, electric, and hvac. They are clear about the proposals, and the work they need to do. And they always clean up after they are done! Billy and Brian and Emerson were great yesterday. Highly recommend!

We use Newcomb for both HVAC and Plumbing. Very reliable and always on time with professional and knowledgeable technicians Today, Linwood helped us identify and fix a couple of different plumbing issues we had. We will continue to use Newcomb in the future.

Mr. Amond was very thorough in his work. Took his time in performing his inspections and maintenance activities. Advised on the overall health of the systems and also made recommendations on which filters MERV is appropriate for my house.

I did have these people to switch my water pump since July 22,2020 it is August 20th when I’m writing this review it is not fixed when they said it is going to be fixed it took one more week for them to fix it, if they are willing to do it they been payed since day one they said we will be there at margin of time they NEVER come on time.. I’m so sad when I think theres companies like this they don’t care about doing the job right they just go for the money

Sonny's Mechanical is #1 in our opinion. From our first call to Sonny's to our last good-bye to the technician, the situation was. very professional and customer satisfying.. Jason Lett was the technician and he was first class. He kept us informed of our situation and was very professional and knowledgeable. Hats off to Sonny's and Jason.
