Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

He diagnosed our problem and educated me all along the way, and fixed our issues efficiently and thoroughly. The previous homeowners used Service Experts and recommended them. So we have used them for 3 years now. Our Lenox system was installed new in 2016. Every time they come for maintenance there is always something wrong and you should buy this. A sales pitch. sell, sell, sell. I'm assuming these service reps are on commission. You get a different service rep each time even though we have requested one particular person from the beginning. We had a dehumidifier installed in the crawl space and were told it would be serviced twice a year. A rep came yesterday and stated no, we only do that in the spring. You get a different story each time. One rep went into our crawl space and stated that there was all kinds of mold.....to his surprise I went down there with him and of course he was sooooo overly exaggerating. Sold us a encapsulated crawl space way over priced then a week later found out he no longer works there! I am extremely frustrated with their service. Can't do this anymore!

Our new heating and AC system failed to work properly. Hurley came to the house and diagnosed the problems, had the part ordered, and returned in a timely manner. Today, he was prompt and worked diligently to repair the system. After testing the system, Hurley showed us how to operate the thermostat as simply as possible.Not only is he an excellent technician, Hurley has a pleasant demeanor. It is always a pleasure to work with him.

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

Eugene and crew had a competitive bid and did a great job! They installed a tankless water heater - and it works perfectly. Wow! A+++++++++Woke up this Saturday morning to discovered my hot water heater was pouring water into my crawl space. Panic set in and I started calling plumbers. After a few failed attempts, I thankfully found William. William came out within 45 minutes of my initial call. Unfortunately, it was discovered this wasn’t a quick fix. Not only was my old hot water heater a total loss, but due to work I recently had done in my crawl space, the hot water heater had to be relocated to a completely different space as well. William was calm, cool, good-natured and reassuring. He answered every question I had with a smile. William had the work completed within 3 hours for a very fair price.I have had a lot of work done on my home this year. I can’t begin to express how hard it is to find competent professionals especially in an urgent situation on the weekend. William far exceeded my expectations. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was the BEST plumber I ever know. He explained everything clearly. My house got water heater install as well as three toilets and faucet. All things done neat and quick. His charge is fair and reasonable. He is professional and always on time. His personality is super nice and sincere.
