Wes is the best. Respectful of cleaning up behind his repairs. On time, which is a major plus to me. He went the extra mile and helped with additional needs within just a couple of days. I highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!!

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Honesty, Integrity, and Value. 3 characteristics not as common in a contractor nowadays, but Golden Rule Plumbing makes them a priority for their customers. They were very prompt, courteous and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a great experience with Terry and the entire team at TCR Rooter & Plumbing. I had a main sewer line backup at my house, and I had to have some cast iron pipes replaced. I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. On top of that, he was able to fix the issue quickly, and his entire team was a real pleasure to work with. You are in good hands with Terry.

I am pleased to recommend and support Midtown Plumbing, LLC. They completed a job for me at a rental property and the renters were very pleased. They shared with me how happy they were that Midtown showed up on time, (they had scheduled time off work to meet the Midtown Plumber) They felt the work was performed in a timely and efficient manner. They also noted the Plumber was professional. I highly recommend them and I am happy to support a local Raleigh business .

Our heater stopped working and I called this company and they were quick to visit my home. They inspected the furnace and also asked to see my water heater (we’ve had no issues with our water - pressure, temperature, nothing). They found a long list of things wrong with both. Their business model to is sell people a membership maintenance program that was going to equal our monthly car payment. No thanks. This contract would last for 10 years. Quick math told me I’d be overpaying for a new furnace. I asked if I could just pay upfront for a new furnace. And that quote ended up being twice what two other companies quoted me. I was also told that my furnace was original to the house( 20+ Years) which the serial number and info on the unit told me it was only 10 years old. I’m sure those customers who are a part of their maintenance program are satisfied and have the peace of mind but I was not thrilled being lied to. We went with another company.

Absolutely awful company - they are crooks as far as I'm concerned. They did a horrible job installing HVAC units in my new house as the units were filled with dirt and rust before they were put in. I had failures about every 6 months ever since moving in and they nickel-dimed me to death. They try to upsell you HARD and even went as far as telling me I had mold in my crawlspace and wanted to charge me $2K to fix it. I called a real specialist for that and they told me I did not have any mold - it was just dirt!!The upstairs A/C unit broke after 3 years and this company refused to do anything about it. I called for the owner several times, Lee Hill, but all he did was have my calls screened and never returned my call even though I asked to speak with him personally. If the owner is unwilling to speak with customers that tells me all I need to know. After the failure I called the manufacturer of the HVAC units (Lennox) and showed them all the bills I had on these things and they helped me get a new unit for a reasonable price. (About 1/3 the cost of what Weathermaster quoted me.)All I have to say is buyer beware on this one!

Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

Eugene did a lot of work to modernize my 36 year old home. Very happy with the quality of work done. Eugene was communicative, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Installed my tankless water heater and a bathroom faucet. Tommy is a pro and really good at plumbing. Cheap? Not really. But plumbing isn’t something where you want to cut corners. You get what you pay for... If you want something done right and attention to detail, then this is your plumber

Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew really cares about the work he does, as well as ensuring his clients fully understand their options. He thoroughly investigates before diagnosing and offering next steps. He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. He is a true professional, and delivers high quality work. As a female home owner - I really appreciated his directness, and his extra steps to ensure I understood what was happening and why.

Update: changing my review because they have spent time and effort to address my concerns. The tech who did the work ultimately got a thumbs up from the inspectors and they indicated that despite the back and forth, Michael and Sons did a great job and made sure the job was complete and to my satisfaction.I really appreciate the commitment to customer service. In addition their HVaC techs are quick and convenient and always do a great job.Just keep in mind they are a big company and you have to follow up and manage larger jobs proactively.****Sadly they were unaware of operating procedures of the gas company. They installed a cutover switch (charging me extra for the convenience) and then when Dominion came out to do the cutover, they said it’s against their policy to touch any contractor stuff under the house. You’d think Michael and Sons would know this. After a night with no heat (and paying extra for the privilege at Michael and Sons recommendation)this lack of customer service really sticks in my craw. No one available after hours to help with an emergency…After dropping nearly twenty grand with this company on major repairs I am really surprised they don’t give better service or bump me up because I’ve spent so much with their company.
